  • This total body hiit workout combines strength and cardio exercises combining controlled, strength building circuits with high intensity bursts of cardio. We will be burning fat, building strength, improving endurance and getting our sweat on! Just a couple of dumbbells needed today so grab yours and follow along!

    1. 40 Mins
    2. Simple movements
    3. 40 seconds workout with 20 seconds rest
    4. No Talking

    3 rounds of each exercise before moving onto the next - 40 seconds on; 20 seconds off.
    Here are the exercises:
    1. Squat & press
    2. Deadlift lunge & curl
    3. Sumo squat & raise
    4. Pop squats
    5. Side lunge & row
    6. Skull crusher crunch
    7. Skate & press
    8. Burpee squat
    9. Plank row & push
    10. Curtsey & raise
    11. Hi-lo swings
    12. Deadlift jacks

    Just when you think she can't get any better, she DOES! This one is perfection! Just the right amount of reps, just the right weights and just the right amount of time that I have to workout. I always think I need more cardio, but this one is plenty! Love, love, love Heather!!

    Adding this to my June Calendar! I'm learning that I don't need to do Hiit cardio all the time. Now that I'm 50, I'm seeing the need to incorporate more weight training into my workouts. I'm a cardio junkie and stubborn, but I get it now. Thank you Heather!!
