    Today's Insane TOTAL BODY HIIT Workout includes 40 Exercises in 40 Minutes PLUS a guided warm up and cool down. this weighted hiit workout will use dumbbell resistance, body-weight exercises and cardio moves to burn calories and build lean muscle. There will be no repeats today - you only do each move once so you'll never get bored!
    Weights I'm using:
    Small set = 5lbs each
    Medium set = 10lbs each

    I love no repeats! This is a perfect combo of strength and cardio (including a few abs). Active cal 310 highest HR 160. Thank you Heather !

    I loved this one! Love that you talk through the warm up and cool down too. Helps with just focusing on the moves without having to look at the screen

    Great workout! Perfect with voiced warm up and cool down and love 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. I love the 40 exercises in no repeat workouts! Heather, please create more of these!

    My favorite Heather Robertson workout at the moment. I've done about 12. This one kicks your ass and is a good mix of cardio and strength.

    I LOVED THIS!! There was a little jumping but I love how the Cardio mostly came from movement within weighted combo moves. Please make more of this “no repeat” format! I feel so accomplished in under an hour!

    I've just completed this workout and it will definitely be a new total body favourite for me. I like the format of your work outs with less chat during the main section and the next move previews. When you do speak your voice is very calming and relaxing.

    I absolutely love this workout, I have only been doing this for the past two weeks as I find it perfectly combines HIIT, strength training with weight lifting, nice warm up routine. Just before stretching I add a few more cool down exercizes before laying down as I am still breathing heavily. I would love some more 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 or 60 different exercises-type of workout, preferably longer than 30 minutes, as it keeps me involved, I don't get bored as easily, the workout just flies by and is so fun. Thank you Heather. I wish you all the goog luck for your health and your channel
