I love combining slow controlled movements with intense bursts of cardio for a seriously effective total body workout.     I really love the mix of strength and cardio. They complete and support each other never letting the heart beat down . I find challenging MOM type of exercises as well. Thank you for more than a year accompanying and keeping me fit Heather.

    First off thank you Heather you are tremendous. These workouts are not just for the lady’s. I’ve done several of them now and I prefer the ones with weights and Cardio. I follow many fitness people on TH-cam and this is what stands out to me and why Heather is so great. No talking it’s just you the music and following along with Heather. For me this means I could do these over and over again without them getting old. The music is just really soothing and becomes a background non-distracting I love that. Display of the next exercise during your rest break it’s really appreciated. The exercise combos our really good and some of them I have never tried before together. Warm up and cool down so important yet so few people on TH-cam include them with their workouts. And if you haven’t given Heather‘s 12 week workout video list they look do it now. It is just incredible that Heather has put together such high-quality videos and routines for free for us all to get healthier. I am in good shape and the challenges presented really excite me as I can use whatever weight I want or go whatever speed I want. I guess you could say I am a fan and I am spreading the word thank you Heather.

    I love these types of quick circuit workouts!! And working the opposing muscle groups in each circuit is awesome!!!! I love workouts that have a lot of different exercises without a lot of repeating. So, this was perfect!

    Love this format so much!! I really appreciate that you put the more intense exercises at the very beginning to get those big muscle groups fired up! It really gets me in the zone and by the middle of the workout, I’m always thankful those exercises are behind me 😅

    Oh, my dear Heather. I couldn't possibly tell you which workout I'd like to see next. I just find that your Monthly Workouts are weekly-perfect and balanced. You target everything: strength, cardio, upper and lower body, core, glutes, and so on. Thank you very much for all your work.
