    Today's full body HIIT Workout is a total body burner! We are combining strength and cardio exercises in this one to increase lean muscle and burn fat fast. A little shorter work period and slightly longer rest gives you the opportunity to increase your weights and focus on controlled, proper form. Keep your speed and intensity high for those cardio exercises and I guarantee you will be sweating by the end of this intense at home workout!

    Loved that video! I would love more 1 hour HIIT cardio and strength videos. I also really like when you do a warm up and cool down in your videos. That way I can just follow with the whole thing. Thank you for all this amazing content ❤️❤️❤️

    Thank you so much Heather! This is the 2nd time I've done one of your low impact work outs and they are just what I need now I'm working on curing from a burn out. I can't do the high impact work outs from the gym anymore which I used to do before I had a burn out. So I'm very grateful, your work outs are the only ones on TH-cam which are suitable for me.

    These type and just strength ones are my favorite as I have arthritis in my toes and have had surgery on them, so jumping and running are definitely out for me. But these I can do and like the most anyway. Thank you!!

    Loving the longer HIIT workouts,
    Loving the clear and conciseness of exercises ( what you need and time get sorted between change of movement)

    Great total body workout. The warm-up and cool down weren't unnecessarily long as I've found in some of Heather's other workouts. A solid 45 minute+ actual workout time workout.

    This is like, the perfect workout. So fully balanced and well-rounded, the sets just flow and cover all bases. It’s such a relief to be able to shut my mind off and just do as I’m told, and feel good that someone else has down the brainpower of incorporating all the major muscle groups and exercise types into a comprehensive, fully effective one hour.     Thank you for providing professional health and strength content. The workouts and your calm, self-assured, and warm demeanour helped me cope with mental stress; now my body and mind are healthier and recovering. A year on and I cannot thank you enough. I complete these workouts almost everyday out of habit now for a boost of serotonin and power (and sometimes to shake off the frustration of studying).

    Loved this workout! Just found this channel about a month ago and it’s my go to for strength and functional training. I’ve learned a new way to workout...safe, effective and sustainable. BTW - form video was extremely helpful. I learned that while my form was correct with deadlifts...my weight was too heavy.
