That was really neat to see the overall progression of their survival rations, and the extra info provided in this video in particular was very welcome to learn. I've literally never seen one of these before.... oddly Canadian rations of any kind are hard to come by in Canada.
BTemple it was interesting even though it was all jelly bars.
RC Gusto Odd that they didn't put anything else in there like cereal bars or something.

Safety Optional I think it’s understandable given that most of your videos are outdoor orientated. It’s ball-freezingly cold right now

Also, was zooming around the Canadian Tender site and saw that the official flavours are Green - Pineapple, Orange - Yup, Yellow - Lemon, and Pink - Strawberry.

Hey Flanker! Sure beats that old US survival ration you opened up years back. Wasn't it an ST? (Survival Tropic). Yours had old jelly bars. I remember that video when it was new - it was inspiring to say the least.

Good job. Interesting ration. I was going to bet that the pink one was watermelon - that "nothing like the real thing" artificial kind of watermelon.

Won't those give you stomach cramps because you're probably starving and your body needs food? Or is it different from regular candy?
And to think we ate those at the movies.....TAnd that they are also life savers for our buddies to the north's military in a pinch.
