    Caroline is like a member of the family at home 🤣 often catch my nine year old humming her intro even when it's not on the T.V and my younger ones ask "mum is it Caroline before or after bed time story" 🤣

      Lol my soon to be 1yr old daughter claps when she sees Caroline like she knows her in real life 😂😂😂and my 2yr old son counts for me the reps Caz his learning Counting so I can’t disappoint the coach I have to do my reps lol he counts to 10 only

    Another one in the books .
    My nemesis renegade row made his appearance , many a times and in many forms . Sneaky ! I managed to do them though . Some with lower weights , some on knees . But I did ! Yeyy! My lower body was so thankful for leaving it alone after yesterday .
    My 7 year old son joined in and he did the whole thing with me with 5 pound weights . He was so proud of himself and I am so glad you could inspire him to pick up the weights and join you . You are force to be reckoned with , Caroline .

    Great thing about caroline’s workout is that she mentions them in the description with details ...which actually other trainers don’t do and I personally prefer knowing what exercises i am going to do before actually doing them ... getting ready to sweat 💦 😓🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💪🏼💪🏼

    Epic II day 23 done ✅
    Caroline is the only trainer who could make me get out of bed at 5.45am to do 45 minutes straight of rowing!
    Rows, rows, rows, rows, pullovers, rows, rows, rows, rows, pullovers, rows, rows, rows, rows, pullovers, ooh renegade rows, renegade rows, renegade rows, renegade rows, pullovers, rows, rows, rows, rows.......you get the idea. 🤣😂😆
    I kind of enjoyed this one as I didn’t feel as if I was about to die at any moment. Probably because I was using 10kg while Caroline was using 15kg - she’s a machine! 💪💪

    This couldn't have been posted more perfectly. My physio/chiro asked if I did many row exercises to help strengthen my upper back. I said funny you should say that but...Caroline is posting one today 😁 could be one of my staples x

    Hello Caroline, so progression continues, that was a fantastic workout completed with 20kg DB. The Renegade Rows with this weight really require a lot of stabilisation by the core so theres a lot more than the back being worked to ensure you keep form. Love those Arcs they were new for me and you xan really feel the difference compared to the normal rows. The Finisher Landmine is a real burner and it took ever bit of willpower to push through to the end. Amazing session 👏 my back and biceps will defo hurt tomorrow. My mum got her covid jab today so I was a little later getting round to this but it was so enjoyable. Thanks Caroline 😉

    After reading the description i didn't get the impression that this one had so many repetitions (i normally avoid the ones which are very repetitive), so i gave it a go and I'm so glad i did! I stepped out of my comfort Zone, now I'm totally in the palm of your hands, Caroline! Such a solid workout :)

    Wow never felt so pumped up in an upper body workout not until we do this! I love this! I am shocked to by how my core strength is way way much better than before! I think because I constantly use my heavy weights and the workout style here in Epic 2 that's why I gained it and I especially observe that when I am moving I can feel my core tightening especially when I washed my clothes for 3 days using my hands only that every time that I am doing it I feel like my core engagement is automatic without doing an extra effort to engage it. I am loving how I never dropped my knees in renegade rows here! I just love the whole workout but my lower back hurts every time we bent over rows I think I needed to work on it next. Thank you Caroline! The satisfaction I gave to myself feeling th strength I've gained after all these months! Thank you thank you Caroline! ❤

    I really enjoyed this workout!! Really liked the layout of the workout with the repeats-rest-do it all again. Loved the staple pullover throughout..one of my favorite exercises. The renegade rows were great and challenging as always. The finisher was perfect. The music was 👌🏻awesome. Thanks for all the pointers and tips at the start. I love when you take the time to do that.     Finished this today. I used 24lbs weights for this one. Time to get heavier weights, since 24lbs is the highest I have. I kept up through the whole thing, I did have to take a few breaks from the renegade rows just because I have carpal tunnel and weak wrists. I just want to say, there is no shame in having to take extra time to start the next exercise, or not being able to do the whole time for an exercise. As Caroline states in the beginning of her workouts, this is your workout and make it your own. If you have to drop weight or stop for a second, that's ok because this is your workout and the only person you have to impress is yourself. Keep bringing these awesome workouts Caroline. Ready for day 24!!

    11 kgs. Mostly averaged 6-8 reps per 30 secs. Only put the dumbbell down to change sides. Proud of my progress. Thanks, Caroline!

    Girl, this was a full body workout! I went super light on the weights, but my legs, abs, and low back still felt every bit of it. Thanks for providing these type workouts. It really helped me focus on my form. Blessings!

    Really loved the format and with the staple pull overs..
    Was a great workout today 💕
    I even managed a quick 4 minutes hiit tabata too

      Hi Adelle! My legs are very sore too😅. I like to go for a longer walk or do one hour of easy indoor cycling to recover quicker - and I use my foam roll. Enjoy your workout and have a great day😊

    I was kind of building this up in my mind and, suffice it to say, it was challenging but I also thoroughly enjoyed it :)
    Upper body workouts take a different kind of mental discipline for me so I'm actually surprised and impressed by how enjoyable this was. It was cool to start incorporating heavier weights as well, but quite humbling trying to find the balance between pushing myself and being kind to myself along the way.
    Thanks, as always, for your efforts and energies, Caroline! I so appreciate being able to learn and grow with you!

    Have a great workout everyone - oh gosh 15kg !! Not sure how long I’ll last with that weight, but it’s all about trying ! Thanks Caroline, let’s go!! 😁 #update 🥵🥵 by the time I reached supine rows I was glad I had my 8kg handy started with 10kgs & completed with 10kgs a few 8s in between. The advice about controlling the movement was priceless - it’s like I had permission not to have to go beyond my threshold and loose form just to ‘ lift heavy...’

    Superman’s have never felt so hard as they did after those rows!!! In my mind I was lifting my chest off the floor but in reality I’m not sure you could slide a piece of paper under me 😆😆😆 loved this setup! 30 seconds for each side was long enough to burn but not long enough to feel like I want to give up 👍 this is going in my fave folder...which is huge because I really don’t enjoy rows haha thanks Caroline! Keep it up everyone!

    I started with 2 x 35 lbs.. dropped to 32.5.. finished with 30's.
    Sweated like it was leg day.

    I found this work out special. Back is always a good idea. Love backs in open jumpers or tees. I used 8kg dumbbells and it was madly hard for me. I think you are super girl Caroline.

    Done! Love that my renegade rows are getting easier. I don’t struggle with keeping my plank on them anymore. Maybe that means I need a pair of heavier weights! I love it when that happens! Congrats on 600k my friend. You are rocking this for all of us every day and it is so appreciated! ❤️❤️

    LOVE this workout! The format makes the renegade rows (which are usually challenging for me) more approachable. I was able to follow along with holding one dumbbell for the renegade rows and still got a good sweat! Thanks for putting this together. Looking forward to Day 24
