I can’t believe I actually did the full minute of tricep push-ups at the end! These workouts are so motivating- it’s amazing to read everyone’s comments and see my own progress! Today I did 30min ABSolute ABS as add-on after my main session and really enjoyed it! ☺ We had a little bit of snow here twice (we live near Frankfurt) ... most of the time it's raining. My family in Austria is enjoying a proper winter! They had heavy snowfall there ... very beautiful! Can't wait to see what Caroline has in store for us tomorrow! I’ve been enjoying these short but intense workouts immensely. I feel amazing after, and find the workouts to be effective for maintaining muscle and overall tone! This was such a great combination of exercises for the shoulders and arms. Felt the burn.
I haven’t trained in three weeks now, as I focused on leaving my job and completing my work. Today I got back to it and this workout, along with the day 6 back supersets, was just what I needed. The tingles are back, baby. 🙌🏽 Thank you as always, Caroline. ❤️ Xx

I'm going to have to combine this workout with yesterday's leg day. Going to have a sore body tomorrow. I'm at my parents' for a month so signed up at a local gym just to use their weights. First time I'll be doing Caroline's workouts out of the comfort of my home. I'm excited at the prospect of a range of dumbells at my disposal. The shoulder is going to be on FIRE. Im doing this advent calendar in februari after not having excersised for a long time! Such a great way to easy back into working out regularly! Even if Im not doing them strictly everyday, the 20 minutes is doable to motivate myself for even when Im tired or feel overwhelmed. And it just because they're doesnt mean their not intense! Been working out for the past four years and have visited many of the fitness channels available on youtube. This is the crown jewel of them all! Each routine will utterly destroy you but you will feel so satisfied and accomplished at the end.
Love the workouts in this series! Not able to do shoulders right now as I'm in PT for them, but was able to lightly work the biceps and triceps. Really hard for me not to push it on upper body, but I'm also trying to avoid shoulder surgery and really lose my gains. As always Caroline, you are such a blessing to us all and thank you just isn't enough. You are truly appreciated for all that you do.

ARMazing!! This was another superb present 🎁 from Caroline delivered for the benefit our upper body, 💪 weights 5.0/4.6/3.8kg probably could have gone heavier on the shoulder press (5kg). However I really wanted to keep my form. 😃. The time just flew by 👊👍.

Last night I had already decided what today's video would be, but was running late and found this video, targeting the same areas but in less than half the time of the other. I love these quick workouts too! As a matter of fact, I’m addicted to the arm workouts and recently do one to two a day. I don’t know if that’s excessive, but it’s not hurting my joints or anything. I just listen to my body. Thank you for these workouts!!

Truthfully, so many exercise/fitness influences try to push you into buying something, but you don’t do that! I think that’s honorable. If it will support you, I would gladly buy an epic t-shirt! I'm going to have to combine this workout with yesterday's leg day. Going to have a sore body tomorrow. I'm at my parents' for a month so signed up at a local gym just to use their weights. First time I'll be doing Caroline's workouts out of the comfort of my home. I'm excited at the prospect of a range of dumbells at my disposal. The shoulder is going to be on FIRE. Im doing this advent calendar in februari after not having excersised for a long time! Such a great way to easy back into working out regularly! Even if Im not doing them strictly everyday, the 20 minutes is doable to motivate myself for even when Im tired or feel overwhelmed. And it just because they're doesnt mean their not intense! Caroline, you rock! thank you for sharing these great workouts for free, and I love reading the comments here, such a good atmosphere ❤ let's support each other and kill these workouts!! 🎉

I only managed with soda cans as weights but lasted only around 9 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did the full video with 20 lb dumbbells! She has powerful massive shoulders and arms! I feel really low and defeated.

Been working out for the past four years and have visited many of the fitness channels available on youtube. This is the crown jewel of them all! Each routine will utterly destroy you but you will feel so satisfied and accomplished at the end.
Love the workouts in this series! Not able to do shoulders right now as I'm in PT for them, but was able to lightly work the biceps and triceps. Really hard for me not to push it on upper body, but I'm also trying to avoid shoulder surgery and really lose my gains. As always Caroline, you are such a blessing to us all and thank you just isn't enough. You are truly appreciated for all that you do.

Wow, this was by far the best arms and shoulders workout I've done so far. I'm so grateful I found your channel. Watching you actually slowly do each rep helped me to ensure my form was correct and that each rep was efficient. I really had fun and adding this to my favorites to do regularly.

This is my favorite arm workout ever. I just got into dumbbell workouts, and everything seemed either intimidating or too easy. This is HARD, but not too long and I love the music and your upbeat vibe.

I love these quick workouts too! As a matter of fact, I’m addicted to the arm workouts and recently do one to two a day. I don’t know if that’s excessive, but it’s not hurting my joints or anything. I just listen to my body. Thank you for these workouts!!

Today is a festive day here in Italy.... So quieter rhythms.... But I could not miss these 20 minutes of upper body.... Gorgeous... Easy but perfect for a quick burning! Loved today’s shoulder and arms session. Followed by 15 minutes kettlebell full body. I can see that I am so much stronger with my kettlebell swings. Love these short and powerful workouts!
