    Thanks - I went from a 3lb weight to a 5lb and now at a 8lb weight and can confidently do all the exercises without being afraid of dropping it on my head

    It's almost midnight fresh out of the shower and doing my measurements. Just had to jump on here right away to say THANK YOU MADDIE! I started your exercises 1 week ago July 3rd. I have used your 2 weighted standing abs, 2 of your full body strength training and 1 of your 20 minutes leg. I rested on Wednesday and today Sunday. My results..... 1 1/2 inches off my waist. No weight loss but my tummy has stiffened. I am also a few days before my periods so a little bloated. However to lose an 1 1/2 inch in one week 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Yay!!!!!!!

    Love this! More standing workout please. I’m lightheaded and too many lying down-getting up alternating gives me bad headache afterwards so this is perf!

    Did this workout this AM and have to say I had my doubts about whether or not it was really targeting my abs.
    Fast forward 8 hours later & my abs are ridiculously sore. It works!

      @@priyakulkarni5791 it’s for all, because we’re toning up the core all round, and what might appear to be all “fat” may also be just not toned. When we can stand up straighter it’s a win win :-)

    I've been doing this workout twice a week for about 5 weeks now, and while I can't see any changes in the mirror, I definitely feel stronger. It was such a struggle to get through the workout the first 3 weeks, but since last week I can FEEL how much I've improved. When I started I was struggling with a 6-pound weight and now I do each exercise with a 10-pound weight. Thank you for providing these great workouts. You've given me the confidence to progress to harder and longer workouts.

    Today was a big day for me. Post-op 8 weeks from abdominal surgery. First time I’ve been able to do ab/core exercises! Still can’t sleep on my side or do exercises on all 4s and stretching is still scarey. Now that I’ve worked through walking, rowing and leg-back-arm strength exercises, I’m ready for these. More like this please!

    This ended up being exactly what I wanted. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

    Love this standing abs workout! You used a keyword - “functional” - in the outro that describes this workout really well. These movements feel like more intense versions of ones I use everyday (I have five month old nephew who is a CHONK and loves to be held haha). This workout was fun and challenging. Definitely adding it to my regular rotation. Thanks Maddie!

    I love this workout! At first, I couldn't tell if I felt anything in my abs but now I can tell it was working from the inside out! My stomach feels more snatched than with any other exercises I had been doing! Weighted ab workouts are a game changer! Thank you for this! 😍

    I have to say I have never really felt like it’s a workout when I’ve done ab workouts before, but this one had me sweating by the end of the first round. This is the best ab workout I have ever done before. Thank you Maddie for what you do, you have really made me believe in myself and that working out is achievable. I am a healthier me because of you ❤.

    I love how simple the directions are and how challenging. I dreaded doing regular ab workouts due to back and neck pain. These are fantastic ways to engage the core. I feel like it's much more than an ab workout. So good for me who's been sedentary for almost 2 years after a care accident. Thank you!

    Please more standing workouts!! I am a mom of three little ones, and don't have time to go to the gym so I workout in my garage, and it's... Dirty. I don't want to get down in the ground at all. So please more standing only workouts

    Amazing! I am new to your channel. 5'3 @ 228lbs. Small waist. I had gotten lazy after turning 49y old. I previously did drastic changes- failed! The past few month's I've learned to embrace where I am today which is 1 step closer than yesterday towards my goal.     Your videos are the only workout videos I do anymore. They're achievable and not overwhelming. I usually do your beginner videos, but these standing abs with weights have been achievable for me too. I only use five pounds though. Also I'm glad this video really focused on the obliques!

    Thanks maddie for making this video. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) as well as being extremely overweight and have been having trouble finding exercises I can do at home that are not to hard on my back & knees. This one is perfect and have been doing it for a few months now and can ready tell difference.
    I go to the gym and then after I do this.. it’s perfect and I am so happy! I am starting to feel really toned as well!! Thank you so much ❤

    This is an amazing work out. I am a pediatric physical therapist and these are easy enough for me to teach some of my patients and have them do it at home as a regular sit yo is still too hard for them and their parents have difficulty getting down on the ground to to sit ups with the child. I use this and I will pass on the concepts to my little clients.

    This is soooo great as I have toe issues that means I can’t do planks (or any similar exercise that puts pressure on my toe). I love these workouts, they are so clear to follow and offer a great range of sessions.

    Just found this video and this might be a lifesaver. I work in home office and unfortunately sit at my desk most of the day. I do “work out” and take walks, but I feel like these moves hit me in the right places for my hips back and core to recover from sitting all day

    Thank you for providing these videos. Before finding you, I was paying a monthly subscription to another exercise company that didn't make me feel the burn. They didn't have any music even though I suggested it would help the exercises. I'm 61 and was beginning to lose hope of getting back to a healthy body.     Loved this standing ab workout. I used a kettlebell for the last one-easier than the dumbbell to pass it behind me. Let’s see more with 15-pounders and kettlebells! And I totally agree with Joanna stef who says let’s all value Maddie-she’s our Wonder Woman!

    Most of these are not sets I’d think to do, but are very affective! For moms that are postpartum-I found this and most of the standing abs vids very affective. Thanks Maddie

    This was sooo useful! Everytime I lay on my back to do the regular ab workouts, my back hurts so much. This was tiring but so doable.

    I love these standing abs workouts! Nice difference. Especially with a kettlebell

    I loved this one! Its great to have a standing option, I'm not really a fan of on the floor ab exercises.

    I LOVED this one!! I really love standing abs but most of the time those workouts don't include weights!! I loved this, thank you

    Love this thank you for sharing. I struggle with neck and back pain when doing floor abs and have been looking for alternatives I felt this more than any floor exercise
