I’m running a bit behind, so today in our Wednesday and this was supposed to be done on Monday. My little pooch was constantly under my feet so had to be very careful with the weights 💕💜💕
What a workout!!!! I have never done a home workout where I felt like I covered every possible part of the body being targeted. There is no doubt that these workouts aren't just thrown together, but carefully thought out. That's what puts Caroline in her own class.
Caroline.... after following you religiously since June 2020.... today.... my husband joined me in this work out! Overjoyed... so happy to share this with him. Hope he enjoys it as much as I have and gets those positive changes. Tomorrow glutes and hamstrings together! ❤️💙

This was AWESOME! Thank you, Caroline! I feel like you are teaching me so much about myself and how to take care of my body. For example, I used to think that weight lifting had to be painful, SUPER heavy, and nearly impossible. You're showing me how to make it doable and enjoyable--but I still feel a burn. I'm feeling stronger and happier overall. I can't thank you enough. I grew up thinking I needed to be "skinny," and now I just work to be strong and healthy. SUCH a mindset shift. I'm really, really grateful for you!!

Incredible !! Over the weeks the changes which i have noticed in myself are as below .. 1. I eagerly wait for the workouts and don't pick any random workout from other channels which is big victory for my own self. For me it means that my mind is in sync with you and your plan. Much love to you ❤️ 2. I have progressed with dumbbells and more or less use the same dumbbell weight as you use. That's a big motivator for me . Many many thanks to you for pushing us beyond mental limits we set for us..❤️❤️ 3. Over the last few weeks, I have been doing these workouts at home and not wanting to go to gym. And despite that I am gaining definition , getting lean , loosing the fixation "to have to go to gym and lift" & finally enjoying every bit of it .🙏🙏 4. "Body achieves what mind believes in"so apt with your workouts❤️❤️ 5. Just completed it all except push ups, not too bad for a 60 year old female. Love everyone of your workouts I’ve done so far,so much variety, never get bored. Thank you very much Caroline.
Done ✅ I'm really happy that Scapular & Hands Off Push Ups are push ups that I could do, likely in not the best form but that's a start 😍 I also progressed from 2.7kg/arm dumbbells during the first 6 weeks to 5.5kg/arm today. The progress is real and it's amazing. I've only gone down a kilo or two in bodyweight since I started this program but my body shape has changed a lot. Yesterday, I was able to wear a pair of jeans that used to be too small for me but they fit perfectly now. Body recompositioning is so real too 😍 14 workouts to go before I finish Epic 1 and I'm very much looking forward to doing all the other Epic Programs ❤️ I love you, Caroline. Thank you for doing this. I'm one of the many people whose lives you are changing. I'm truly grateful for your work.

Caroline, I don’t know if you will see this.. but I can not thank you enough! Your workouts are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I am a retired competitive dancer. Last year I retired after dancing for 13 years, 10+ hours a week. Not training like a competitive dancer totally freaked out my body. LOVED this workout. I hope it is addressed in future videos - when you are using different weight dumbbells that are both metal and not clearly different sizes, if you could mark them somehow so it is quickly clear which weight you are using it would be immensely helpful when moving from one motion to the next. Maybe a piece of black electrical tape on one set...? Thanks for the amazing programming!
This was brutal but rewarding in a unique way. I think for me the highlight was being able to actually do the hands release pushups at the end and being able to lift my body (mostly) without my pelvis dipping too much. I can't believe how quickly this programme is flying by now. I'm looking forward to feeling like a badass when I complete EPIC I and I'm really excited to do the next 2, especially since I saw the post for day 50 of EPIC HEAT yesterday. This workout was super (intense). I love it. The finisher was a real finisher! I love CGs workout. The structure, the exercises etc. They challenge me in a new way. I'm getting stronger every week and see more definition without dieting or deficits. I like to read the reactions before the workout so I'm prepared 😅
I’ve had an enforced week off and happy to be back into it and what a workout to get me back. I really missed our daily workouts.3 more weeks to go and another amazing program finished. I’m already planning on going straight into epic 2.🎉
I can’t think of a better way to start week 8 than back and biceps session. Loved it. 💯 I tried to use my heaviest weights for each move. Managed to use 20lbs for the repeating single hand rows. And 10lbs and 15lbs for everything else. By the way, it was really hard to go into single hand rows after the scapular push-ups. 🥵 As always, thanks Caroline! ✅11/9
Just wrapped up this workout. Wow towards the end it was getting difficult and difficult to finish it off , but managed to. Love your workouts Caroline . Thank you ❤️🙌🏻
It’s crazy that we are already on week 8.this has been so much fun yet hard and challenging. Just finished epic 36. I was excited to see today’s routine, back and bicep. Something I would do in the gym and thought no problem....I should have know better. Caroline knows how to kick our butts. Loved every minute of it. 💗🌺💪🏼🏋️♀️
Day 36 Repeat . Probably the best back and bicep set you will find. Plenty of solid moves at a great pace with min rest. Really enjoyed this, even the hands-off pushups hurt on the finisher.Another day closer to EPIC II 😉

Second time around I increased my weight and had to slow down my reps a tad. My back and shoulders are still my weakest body parts. Getting excited for EPIC 2!! Woot! Woot!!
I love working back and triceps!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I loved this one so much. I even graduated in my weights.... 2 lbs more. It’s not much but I could really feel it. Each day, your workouts are difficult and they inspire me to do even more things in my life with activities. I am so excited about what this season is bringing to me. I feel so much confidence, power and discipline. I have lost weight and inches, which was apart of the plan; however, your workouts have ignited something else so powerful and impactful, I don’t know how to explain it. I launch myself out of bed quite early, its still dark in fact - SO worth it. Generally my workouts wind up synced with a view of the sunrise. What satisfaction when my workout area is flooded with light and sun and my body is fizzing and sparkling with strength and my mind is clear and ready for the day (along with my devotions) Thank you for being a part of my mornings, Caroline. I’m better for it. I recognize the sacrifice you’ve made with your time and effort which allows me (and so many others) to follow along in this path of wellness and self care. Surprised myself, bumping up to 25 lbs on the single arm rows. The real strength improvement was in the hands off push ups. I felt like a totally different person doing the first 4 or so reps of them, my strength and with it my form has improved greatly. Thank you Caroline!

As brilliant second time round as the first ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Back and biceps felt they worked very hard, but obliques also felt worked out too. Loved the hands off push up finisher 😊
I loved this workout I thought it went very quick. Used 5kg weights for everything. Was tough on my biceps. Not sure if I done the should press up thing. If not managed a high plank for the time. Upper body got achy doing the superman stuff with body weight only. Thank you Caroline
Superb! I've said before why I love your workouts, CG, but here it is again, only because it is SO true: basic movements focusing on form and pace. Nothing crazy, but everything structured in a way that it seriously never gets boring. I swear I can FEEL the results as I train because of how you make use of repetition in so many different ways. You allow us to perfect a move in order for us to feel it in just the right spot, which allows us to get the most out of it. I have gained SO MUCH muscle definition these past 7 weeks thanks to your training. More defined cuts EVERYWHERE -- abs, legs, arms. I'm ecstatic! Today's workout was expectedly amazing. Felt every bit of it. Thank you! 👏👊💪
Just did this yesterday and what I didn't realize is the bonus sneaky ab work that is in single-arm rows!! Wow my abs, especially obliques feel like I did a full ab workout yesterday. Love that!!
I did this workout around 3 months ago with 8lb dumbbells and a 15lb for the rows. I remember being super tired with the rows and started to get fatigued. I’ve been doing EPIC 1 and I came across this video again and I did it again, this time with heavier dumbbells and it honestly didn’t make me fatigued at all! some moves did but I regained energy quickly and now that I’ve finished the workout, I’m not fatigued at all! My stamina has increased, I’m so happy 😁
Wooow, We all made it to week 8😍😍😍Awesome💪As we move on I feel both happy and sad. Happy for the strength that I've gained thanks to Caroline and her amazing workouts, and sad for the fact that we r close to week 10 and the challenge will come to an end.

This class was intense and burning my arms are firer up but I see the great result behind it because I used 15lbs throughout the class nonstop, I pushed through the burn 🔥🔥🔥. Thank you Caroline and keep these classes coming because they are working for us. ❤️😀

Great Workout as always Caroline, like an old school gym session with a really modern twist. Used 17.5 and 10 kg DB based on your weights and what the team had been advising. Love the way you biceps are getting worked all the way through even on the back rotations and sitting on the chair really helps keep the form strict. Landmine Row to Curl is a fab movement especially with the heavier weight. There is an amazing pump at the end of this workout and a real sense of achievement as the tempo is slow but disciplined which I love. I know im going to be sore tomorrow but will still do my Cardio LISS later. Have a great day Caroline thanks for the message and Matthew, Nicola and Sam you're the best 😉.

One thing I love about this series is that we are all in it together but we bring different things and have different aims. I’m sure a Caroline likes this too and values the different ways that we all contribute...and your contributions are so valuable! Like you I loved the finisher here and I really enjoyed the workout. Done ✅ I'm really happy that Scapular & Hands Off Push Ups are push ups that I could do, likely in not the best form but that's a start 😍 I also progressed from 2.7kg/arm dumbbells during the first 6 weeks to 5.5kg/arm today. The progress is real and it's amazing. I've only gone down a kilo or two in bodyweight since I started this program but my body shape has changed a lot. Yesterday, I was able to wear a pair of jeans that used to be too small for me but they fit perfectly now. Body recompositioning is so real too 😍 14 workouts to go before I finish Epic 1 and I'm very much looking forward to doing all the other Epic Programs ❤️ I love you, Caroline. Thank you for doing this. I'm one of the many people whose lives you are changing. I'm truly grateful for your work.

LOVED this workout. I hope it is addressed in future videos - when you are using different weight dumbbells that are both metal and not clearly different sizes, if you could mark them somehow so it is quickly clear which weight you are using it would be immensely helpful when moving from one motion to the next. Maybe a piece of black electrical tape on one set...? Thanks for the amazing programming!
This was brutal but rewarding in a unique way. I think for me the highlight was being able to actually do the hands release pushups at the end and being able to lift my body (mostly) without my pelvis dipping too much.
I can't believe how quickly this programme is flying by now. I'm looking forward to feeling like a badass when I complete EPIC I and I'm really excited to do the next 2, especially since I saw the post for day 50 of EPIC HEAT yesterday.

This workout was super (intense). I love it. The finisher was a real finisher! I love CGs workout. The structure, the exercises etc. They challenge me in a new way. I'm getting stronger every week and see more definition without dieting or deficits. I like to read the reactions before the workout so I'm prepared 😅
I’ve had an enforced week off and happy to be back into it and what a workout to get me back. I really missed our daily workouts.3 more weeks to go and another amazing program finished. I’m already planning on going straight into epic 2.🎉
I can’t think of a better way to start week 8 than back and biceps session. Loved it. 💯
I tried to use my heaviest weights for each move. Managed to use 20lbs for the repeating single hand rows. And 10lbs and 15lbs for everything else. By the way, it was really hard to go into single hand rows after the scapular push-ups. 🥵 As always, thanks Caroline!

It’s crazy that we are already on week 8.this has been so much fun yet hard and challenging. Just finished epic 36. I was excited to see today’s routine, back and bicep. Something I would do in the gym and thought no problem....I should have know better. Caroline knows how to kick our butts. Loved every minute of it. 💗🌺💪🏼🏋️♀️
Day 36 Repeat . Probably the best back and bicep set you will find. Plenty of solid moves at a great pace with min rest. Really enjoyed this, even the hands-off pushups hurt on the finisher.Another day closer to EPIC II 😉

This is my 8th week, tonight I completed Day 36 of Epic 1. I was tired today and decided to push through it and do it.
Each day, your workouts are difficult and they inspire me to do even more things in my life with activities. I am so excited about what this season is bringing to me. I feel so much confidence, power and discipline. I have lost weight and inches, which was apart of the plan; however, your workouts have ignited something else so powerful and impactful, I don’t know how to explain it. I am not a social media person, but I feel like this is a community that I want to be apart of and I think I will be joining.

I launch myself out of bed quite early, its still dark in fact - SO worth it. Generally my workouts wind up synced with a view of the sunrise. What satisfaction when my workout area is flooded with light and sun and my body is fizzing and sparkling with strength and my mind is clear and ready for the day (along with my devotions) Thank you for being a part of my mornings, Caroline. I’m better for it. I recognize the sacrifice you’ve made with your time and effort which allows me (and so many others) to follow along in this path of wellness and self care. Blessings, once again poured out to you for your generosity and kindness.
Surprised myself, bumping up to 25 lbs on the single arm rows. The real strength improvement was in the hands off push ups. I felt like a totally different person doing the first 4 or so reps of them, my strength and with it my form has improved greatly. Thank you Caroline!

I loved this workout I thought it went very quick. Used 5kg weights for everything. Was tough on my biceps. Not sure if I done the should press up thing. If not managed a high plank for the time. Upper body got achy doing the superman stuff with body weight only. Thank you Caroline
Superb! I've said before why I love your workouts, CG, but here it is again, only because it is SO true: basic movements focusing on form and pace. Nothing crazy, but everything structured in a way that it seriously never gets boring. I swear I can FEEL the results as I train because of how you make use of repetition in so many different ways. You allow us to perfect a move in order for us to feel it in just the right spot, which allows us to get the most out of it. I have gained SO MUCH muscle definition these past 7 weeks thanks to your training. More defined cuts EVERYWHERE -- abs, legs, arms. I'm ecstatic! Today's workout was expectedly amazing. Just did this yesterday and what I didn't realize is the bonus sneaky ab work that is in single-arm rows!! Wow my abs, especially obliques feel like I did a full ab workout yesterday. Love that!!

I did this workout around 3 months ago with 8lb dumbbells and a 15lb for the rows. I remember being super tired with the rows and started to get fatigued.
I’ve been doing EPIC 1 and I came across this video again and I did it again, this time with heavier dumbbells and it honestly didn’t make me fatigued at all! some moves did but I regained energy quickly and now that I’ve finished the workout, I’m not fatigued at all! My stamina has increased, I’m so happy 😁

Great Workout as always Caroline, like an old school gym session with a really modern twist. Used 17.5 and 10 kg DB based on your weights and what the team had been advising. Love the way you biceps are getting worked all the way through even on the back rotations and sitting on the chair really helps keep the form strict. Landmine Row to Curl is a fab movement especially with the heavier weight. There is an amazing pump at the end of this workout and a real sense of achievement as the tempo is slow but disciplined which I love. One thing I love about this series is that we are all in it together but we bring different things and have different aims. I’m sure a Caroline likes this too and values the different ways that we all contribute...and your contributions are so valuable! Like you I loved the finisher here and I really enjoyed the workout.
