    I"m happy for these shorter workouts for December.Things get crazy this time of year and you tend to fall off the wagon.

    What a brilliant start to our Advent calendar! Slow movements are just so intense and work the muscles so hard...this will set our shoulders on fire! Incidentally, Caroline...I loved your TH-cam picture in Women’s Health magazine! You look confident and so strong and fit...which, of course, you are!     Never have I ever set an alarm so I could make sure I didn't miss a workout. You've changed my life❤️❤️ Yep can't wait for the rest of the month. My dad passed this year and his birthday is at the end of the month. I had been dreading December almost all year. Working out with you has given me the motivation I need to keep going and I know Daddy would be so proud of the progress I've already made thanks to you !

      Lost my mama suddenly last year and she is now both my inspiration to start working out seriously again and part of my mental health struggle for getting to it. I know the first Christmas was a real struggle for me and I hope this gives you a little sparkle in this rough month. Sending hugs and love.

      Hope you guys are doing better. Stay strong and motivated. I don’t know if you believe in God but just know everything happens for a reasons and we might not be able to see it now but we just got to have faith in Him (I myself am going through family illness, my dad, but I’m continually going to put faith in God because He gives me hope and I’ll trust Him where things good, for I know He is good in everything He does. He loves you guys dearly and wants a relationship with you guys if you don’t have one yet. God bless you guys. ❤️❤️

    I honestly cannot elaborate on how excited I got when I saw the announcement of this Advent Calendar fitness challenge! This is the first workout program by Caroline that I am doing along with the community, and I love the fact that all videos are going to be short and sweet (as I was late on the Epic III challenge and will thus be able to do both challenges at once).
    Huge thank you to Caroline for her dedication and creativity, making physical exercise even more accessible, enjoyable and effective than it already is. I am so grateful for this amazing early Christmas present and am genuinely looking forward to seeing what fun surprises she has got coming our way!

      Isn’t it great. She’s fantastic. I was half way through Epic 1 which is the most committed I’ve ever been to a fitness program and I was excited to stop for this 24 day set. To be able to do it alongside the fantastic supportive community. My shoulders are feeling it today.

    These last two weeks, I was so lost .. like a child without Caroline's workouts.. I had to search for the workouts on the channel and decide what to do.. That made me realize Caroline has made It so much easier for us. I've totally become a lazy lump in these 2 weeks because I only chose workouts without makers and Burpees.😂 Thank you Caroline for being this amazingly helpful. Happy Christmas month ..I hope ya'll have fun working out. I am planning to do Caroline's 2x - 20 minute workout and then do a dance workout. And ofcourse walk 10k.

    Yes!! That was a treat. So used to having a 30/40 minute workout to do that it's nice to have a short and sweet routine to start the day. Really enjoyed that, Caroline. Thank you!

    I wasn't feeling myself these past few days and I was planning to start working out again.     Turning 43 this month and my arms have never felt better or ever looked stronger. Been working alongside Caroline since 2020 and these programs work. So effective. Such an endorphins boost.
    I’m leaner, tighter, stronger, and more confident in my body than I was in my 20’s. 😂

    Done ✅ I'm so glad Day 1 isn't a leg workout coz my legs are ☠️ from earlier 😂 I'm excited to complete every single day in this series and even more excited for the results on Christmas day ❤️ Coming from obesity who decided to change for the better when I started working out with Caroline last September and have seen Epic results from completing Epic 1, this Advent series, to me, is a perfect gift ☺️ I'm not obese anymore btw 😁 In fact, I'm close to a normal BMI now 🥰 Caroline, I'm super, super glad to have found you. You are a gift to this world ❤️

    Wow! Our 1st Advent present from Caroline! I realized after working my shoulders with 10# for 20 minutes that they are a gift. I'm 68. I have friends who have shoulder replacements. My shoulders are strong because of strength exercising with Caroline. Thank you Caroline for showing the world we are strong, our bodies are to be tested and health is indeed the greatest wealth!

    We May be long past Christmas (writing this on 1 March) but this class was a gift anyway. I’ve been struggling to get back into weight training after taking time off and focusing on gentle yoga, so this 20 minute focused class was perfect to feel motivated and good about using weights again.     Nothing more satisfying then getting in a quick 20 minute shoulder workout and still feeling the pump and burn as if you did a 45 minute shoulder workout. Tis the season for Giving! Caroline is the Mrs. Claus of Fitness and Health!

    Caroline has it all! I am lifting more at gym and "only" had 7 lb weights. To those that day muscle can't be gained with low weight hasn't done this workout. Dang! No gains lost today! Thank you for your workout that I use daily!!! I've lost 15.5 lbs and gained much muscle! I'm so so happy.

      She is just releasing a sneak peek each day for the next day's workout on Instagram. That way we can still plan ahead a little for add-ons and such but yet it's still a surprise.

    This workout completely murdered my shoulders! Even though I felt like I was just using baby weights haha. Thanks so much for spoiling us Caroline!     So here I am coming back from a slump due to a bereavement, it's been so hard. Anyway today I felt, I can do something, I need to do something, and would you look at that the amazing Caroline to the rescue with this perfect tough but not too long session.     Thank you, Caroline Girvan! It's great to have structure again. I was only picking my favorite upper body workouts. Oh, the importance of rest... I did EH 32 on Monday, and it looks like my body hasn't fully recovered. That day, I lifted 20, 15, and 10 lbs. Today, I could barely lift 8 .

    I recently discovered you and wow I am impressed. I loved learning that performing movements slower reaps so much benefit! Seeing this poo up made my morning! I have been motivated and making many lifestyle changes to improve my health (soon to be 53!). I have been looking for a series of videos to follow of someone that carries some muscle for a woman. Many I have found are fit but have hardly any muscle. I know with continued effort I will see muscle development and be a stronger 53 year old compared to when I was younger. Thank you thank you thank you! Can't wait to see the workout planned for my birthday this month. 🥳

    Let the Christmas Countdown begin!! 🎄😆🥳 Loved the workout! Short, yet still very intense!! Really enjoyed the face pulls and arc raises. And those rear delt flyes were killer! 🔥🔥 Great finisher as always. I did the trembling triceps workout for my add-on!🥵 It's been awhile since I've done that one. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!😆 I am so excited for this countdown. I feel like a kid again😂! Every day opening up a new surprise workout! 🎁 You always come up with such fun ideas Caroline!     I am glad to be back here)) for me, this format is a great opportunity to combine December workouts with your previous short videos I haven't done yet. So it's like Lego constructor for each day to have different combinations. I missed calisthenics and one of last year's additional full body workouts, so I'll fit them somehow in those) thank you, Caroline!
