Just previewing this.... here’s a few things I like in EPIC 2 so far. 45 min for Mon-Wed is a perfect length. By the time I do the warm up, it makes it long enough but not too much to cheat on sleep to fit in a workout. 60 min Fridays for whole body and 30 min Sundays are great. All put together, it gives a good balance to my week. I really like how you show the motion slowly and clearly without the weights so we see exactly how to get the correct form. I like to preview the workouts the day before so I can prepare for the morning to save time. I like when you post those workouts sooner than later. And of course, your engaging smile makes it fun, the music and no talk helps me focus, the variety of movements makes your workouts go fast, your tech skills with the timer, and the % accomplished... it’s all brilliant. I know there’s a number of other things I love, but it would take a whole page to write. I’ll save some for later... Thank you CG

I really do try to read as many as I can and also reply to as many as I can as it provides me with feedback and also let’s me know how you are getting on and if any exercises you loved!! It will ease over time... if I can doing single arm renegade, use the yoga block or if we are doing alternating, simply do half of the time one side with hand on block and then switch over for 2nd half of time. Renegades are the ones that give me trouble sometimes . I am also going to do some wrist strengthening exercises to make it better . My core and upper body was so weak , in 2 months the strides I have made is amazing. I owe it all to you . You are my guru , even if I have never met you . I pray for you and your family every day ❤️

Just did this workout and OH MY GOODNESS!! That was really EPIC! I had never gotten sore from a workout before I found Caroline, and I think I’m going to be sore for at least a day! 😂😅 I’m so glad I found this channel, it has completely changed me physically and mentally! 😃💪
I loved this one! I really like the usage of heavy weight -> bodyweight -> lighter weights b/c it gives me something to look forward to and combats my heavy dumbbell fatigue!

My blood is already rushing to my biceps just from previewing the workout! 😆 Can’t wait to do this first thing in the morning. ✅1/13 - Used 20lbs most of the back moves; 15lbs a couple of biceps but went down to 10lbs when the hold and curls moves began. Those were killer moves. I definitely felt the burn in the bicep that did the hold. 🔥

Hello Powwowcat! Absolutely apologies! My top is Nike and nearly always are available on the Nike website! The leggings are usually Lululemon Align (7/8 length as I’m slightly shorter) and available on the Lululemon website. However sizes can be in low stock so sometimes I’ve to keep checking over months to get my size in a certain colour!! I also have some leggings from Nike Yoga range again off the website!! 💓💓

A truly beautifully balanced and demanding workout, with loads of focus! Loved every second of it and the first sets with repetitions sure put all those muscle groups on fire! And then the bodyweight sets felt that much more intense 🔥💪

I've browsed through a lot of channels with exercise by girls and guys but this one is my favorite! You can progress and develop your fitness the way you want. The exercise are substantial and challenging and range in difficulty. I like that is not something like 6min abb workout, when you literally manage to get down on your mat and it's over. You really feel it at the end 😅. Awesome channel. Thanks Caroline.

Another great back and bicep session Caroline used 17.5kg for the back section and 10kg for the arms. Those holds in the rows are tough enough and the landmine is so good. What was really surprising was the bodyweight back section was really tough especially the LAT Pull-down even though no weight was involved. Biceps were awesome as always but again that hold with one arm and the movement with the other hurts ....in a good way. FaB Workout 🤩

Third time! A solid burner for sure! The holds were great, both for back & biceps. The bodyweight portion was decent, not the wildest burn but definitely activated the rear delts which was nice!
Did it, loved it. I really liked the floor series or snow angels/lats/delts. I really felt different muscles work and get tired. Nice addition to DB and bodyweight movements. Well done!

Done ✔️ Really intense. During the Kneeling Isolation curls I was already struggling and laughing at myself when my free hand involuntarily helped the other hand with dumbell 😂. Awesome workout 💪. Still feel the burn.
First time I had to go heavier than you, I'm a 5ft 9 block so pound for pound you are still stronger. It's because of you that I have to up the weight so thanks again Caroline.
My glutes and hamstring are so sore! Thank goodness it is upper body! This one is not a joke! I love that row-hold-row. My core is on fire to that planking variations! I love this one! Today was back and chest for me so I had to mix and match between 2 separate vids and leave out what I didn't need. One of the best things I love about working out with you Caroline is that I dont have to wear shoes except for leg day. This was epic. I did the renegade row with a band because the pressure on the weights really hurt my hands. I feel amazing. Thanks Caroline. in just 2.5 weeks alone, I'm seeing more definition than I did when I was going to the gym. I love it.

For anyone having discomfort with renegade rows, I would recommend some inexpensive foam pipe insulation cut to length of the dumbbell handles. Really quick to slip on and take off for the renegade rows. Excellent workout as always!

When I started Epic II a couple of weeks ago I didn’t think I would be able to stick to the length of the workouts. I can get bored pretty easily, but I’m surprised that before you know it the work out is over, and yes, I do feel epic. Thank you Caroline I WILL keep going with your help 😅

It will ease over time... if I can doing single arm renegade, use the yoga block or if we are doing alternating, simply do half of the time one side with hand on block and then switch over for 2nd half of time. Cx

I loved this one! I really like the usage of heavy weight -> bodyweight -> lighter weights b/c it gives me something to look forward to and combats my heavy dumbbell fatigue!

My blood is already rushing to my biceps just from previewing the workout! 😆 Can’t wait to do this first thing in the morning.
✅1/13 - Used 20lbs most of the back moves; 15lbs a couple of biceps but went down to 10lbs when the hold and curls moves began. Those were killer moves. I definitely felt the burn in the bicep that did the hold. 🔥

Hello Powwowcat! Absolutely apologies! My top is Nike and nearly always are available on the Nike website!
The leggings are usually Lululemon Align (7/8 length as I’m slightly shorter) and available on the Lululemon website. However sizes can be in low stock so sometimes I’ve to keep checking over months to get my size in a certain colour!!
I also have some leggings from Nike Yoga range again off the website!! 💓💓

I've browsed through a lot of channels with exercise by girls and guys but this one is my favorite! You can progress and develop your fitness the way you want. The exercise are substantial and challenging and range in difficulty. I like that is not something like 6min abb workout, when you literally manage to get down on your mat and it's over. Another great back and bicep session Caroline used 17.5kg for the back section and 10kg for the arms. Those holds in the rows are tough enough and the landmine is so good. What was really surprising was the bodyweight back section was really tough especially the LAT Pull-down even though no weight was involved. Biceps were awesome as always but again that hold with one arm and the movement with the other hurts ....in a good way. FaB Workout 🤩

Second time doing this one -- really felt the burn on the row holds, rear delts, and especially those biceps with the single dumbbell hammer pulses!
Third time! A solid burner for sure! The holds were great, both for back & biceps. The bodyweight portion was decent, not the wildest burn but definitely activated the rear delts which was nice!
Did it, loved it. I really liked the floor series or snow angels/lats/delts. I really felt different muscles work and get tired. Nice addition to DB and bodyweight movements. Well done!

Today was back and chest for me so I had to mix and match between 2 separate vids and leave out what I didn't need. One of the best things I love about working out with you Caroline is that I dont have to wear shoes except for leg day. This was epic. I did the renegade row with a band because the pressure on the weights really hurt my hands. I feel amazing. Thanks Caroline. in just 2.5 weeks alone, I'm seeing more definition than I did when I was going to the gym. I love it.

For anyone having discomfort with renegade rows, I would recommend some inexpensive foam pipe insulation cut to length of the dumbbell handles. Really quick to slip on and take off for the renegade rows. Excellent workout as always!
