My goodness, what a workout!!! ❤ I usually go for the 60 min ones, but this has everything I want in a shorter time. Perfect for the summer when I don’t have much time nor energy some days, but I still want a fantastic heavy weight and cardio workout. My new favorite for the 40-45 min long category. Fantastic job Kathrin!

Ella dice “make it your own” para que adaptemos la rutina a nuestra conveniencia. En lo personal yo llevo entrenando desde muchos años y siempre tengo varias opciones para ir cambiando mientras me ejercito. A veces es igual que ella, otras es menor y en músculos más grandes mayor. Éxito! 💪🏻
