    It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

    Thank you Kay. I was looking for a HIIT workout with dumbbells and remembered your workouts are amazing and this did not let me down. I went heavy where possible and trying to concentrate on proper form. I got a little confused with the finisher but then it all made sense add I manmaker and 5 situps each round, you did put it up on the screen before starting, this was truly a killer round and I could probably only manage around 3 manmaker and 15 situps.

    I didn't know if I was going to be able to finish it. 10 seconds between each exercise definitely isn't enough for me.

    😮😅 - als ich Anfang Januar 2022 mit deinen workouts gestartet habe, musste ich immer ab ca 42% anfangen rückwärts zu zählen um durchzuhalten. Im Laufe letzten Jahres wurde dies immer weniger. Deine workouts waren so ansteckend, dass ich nur noch mit dir trainiere und das mit mega Erfolgen! Dieses hier ist echt eine Herausforderung- und ich musste wieder rückwärts zählen 😂 Einfach genial, wie du es schaffst uns immer wieder an die eigenen Grenzen zu bringen! Danke 🙏

    I’m excited to get do it tomorrow morning. I use to do CrossFit and orange theory and then had 3 months not doing anything, it feels like I never worked out a day in my. Why does it do that lol. Thank you for posting workouts

    My gosh, what a power-packed workout this was. Kathrin, the effort and sincerity you put into your workouts is truly commendable. I wasn't expecting the 4 minutes AMRAP finisher at the end - it squeezed me to the core. Proof enough that one requires to be strong not just physically but mentally as well. I used 2x7.5kg dumbbells and had to stretch myself to complete the workout but completed it nevertheless.

    Wow wow wow - this took my HR to 187!! I’ve never seen it to high 😅❤.
    I really enjoyed this workout format even though my eyes were burning from all the sweat rolling down my face. 🤣🤣🤣 The exercise combinations were magnificent - I used 12lb and 15lb weights. This was up there with the end of the year workout HIIT favorites.

    I am typically not a cardio person but actually enjoyed this workout! Alot of new moves for me today and was just thankful I was able to hold onto the weights when switching hands without dropping them. A hole in the floor would be hard to explain to the husband-lol. Got 3 sets of the finisher in. I swear...you are an absolute beast!

    Oh wow you are not joking with this one. I was drenched and out of breath during a good part of this workout. The devil press were killer and this finisher I was able to complete three rounds. Thank you so so so much KayKay for your incredible job !!!
