    Hi, Lauren, I turned 84 last week and I feel fabulous. I’ve been working out with you for a year now and I’ve lost weight, my belly fat is disappearing and I just enjoy the challenge of trying to complete a workout with you. The stability ball has been the toughest one but I’m getting better. Thank you.

    I have only just "met" you, and I thought this workout was fabulous! I love that you don't spend too long giving instructions. You give just enough. I really enjoyed my first workout with you! I had both hips replaced a couple of years ago, but take care. Thank you! I'm 75...🌻

    This was so good! 42 yrs old and feel great after this workout🎉 I’m trying to tone and lean out a bit and your channel is perfect. I don’t want an aggressive workout but something that pushes me and still be able to do it again the next day. These slower, more concentrated workouts are perfect. Thanks 💕

    I love your workouts! I've been doing them for 2 months consistently. I am not a senior, but I found your channel in search of strength workouts. I started with 5 & 8 lb weights. I am now able to do 15 lb weights with this workout. You're very good at explaining what to do and have proper form. Your workouts are very challenging! Thank you!

I’m a 50 year old cancer survivor (now cancer free) and your channel was my go-to during recovery from surgery. That was in early 2021 and I’m delighted to say you are still my go-to now. 😊 I initially started with your Pilates and stretching videos but quickly got deeper into the cardio and strength training workouts as well.     This was a really good workout and I got sweaty…😅. I love full body workouts that incorporate everything! My heart rate hit all the zones too…lol. I used 8 and 10 lb weights…great job with this one!!!

    Looking forward to this workout. I have been following you since heart surgery just over a year ago and have built up enough strength to challenge myself with these! BTW, I have an Apple Watch and often don't know what workout to choose when monitoring my activity with you. Any suggestions? (or maybe you could put in the notes for each workout in future)

      Great to hear! I have an apple watch too. Just go by the workout title. So for this workout, you would set it to "traditional strength training". Hope that helps!

    Whoa. I am humbled. I really had to "do me" and drop to 5 pounds for most of it. I had my quarterly phone check-in with my Accordant Care nurse yesterday who says "Well I know you're so good about exercising, but I always ask, how has your exercise been?" And I'm "uh ... yeah ... what exercise." I've just let things go recently and decided to get back to it yesterday with Pilates and a walk. Today I dialed in for weights and this looked perfect. It is a perfect workout but I'm so deconditioned! A big wakeup call for me. Thank you Lauren. 💙

    Hi Lauren, I am a 77 year old female and on February 1, 2024 I made a commitment to myself to begin an exercise program. I set my alarm for 5:15 am, take a cup of coffee back to bed, put on my exercise clothes and join you for the exercise workout for the day. I look forward to your exercise videos and see the results of this commitment to get strong. Thank you so much for this wonderful program- no gym membership and I can exercise comfortably in my own home. I enjoyed this workout, although challenging for me with the 8 lb. weights but I stayed with you.

    Hi Lauren, I turned 79 on Sunday, and I just started working out with you. This is my third workout, and it was the hardest so far. I started with 1 pound weights on the recommendation of my doctor, which seems very wimpy, but by the end of the workout, I’m glad they’re only 1 pound. I’m looking forward to eventually working my way up to heavier weights and really enjoying working out with you. Thank you.

    Hello Lauren. I've been doing your "Strength" Workout by Type. Only have 20 left to do of the 61 sessions. I'm 67 and have never enjoyed working out. My sister turned me on to your channel and I love it! The challenges of the 20-40 min workouts are perfect. I also love your approach in reminding us to keep our core engaged, proud chest, etc. I used 10 lbs for this workout. Keep it coming!

    I couldn't ask for anyone more to my liking to do workouts with! As a 58 year-old, new to weight-training, and overweight, your workouts are so good. I am feeling well challenged, yet enjoy the pleasant commentary from you, (including the reminders to keep the core engaged, tummy tucked, and knees bent, at appropriate moments!Thank-you for those!) I 've worked out with you 2-3 times per week for the last 6 weeks, and it has given me some new energy, and enthusiasm to do other things. I have only tried 4 differnt ones (focusing on strength training), but have liked them all. Thank-you so much, Lauren.

    This is one of my favorite strength workouts. I want others to know that your workouts are truly strength building. After 1.5 years of 2 times/week with your workouts, I can now do things that were too hard for me before. It works. It works because you offer challenging, but doable, workouts. I especially appreciate the frequent small reminders about form - it's easy to forget when you are working hard! Thanks!

    Helpful! Recently diagnosed with Osteopenia and threw my back out a couple months ago. Slowly but surely working my way back up. Today I was able to do this entire video with 3 and 5 pound weights. Two months ago I did not go beyond 1 pound. Your videos have been part of a regular playlist as I improve coordination, flexibility and strength. Slow, steady process. Thank you!

    Hi Lauren, I've been using a variety of your workouts and bragging about them to friends & customers at the Medical Equipment company I work for since last May! When I told my nephrologist I was working out with you she screwed up her face. I was so afraid she was going to fuss at me for something but her objection is that it is "Senior" shape. What a great laugh she gave me. At 65 and working at a computer all day, I have no problem admitting to my senior status! I started with 2 pound weights and up to 4 to 8 pounds.     Hi Lauren, I am really grateful for this video as I'm 60 years old and recovering from a trapeziectomy. With my hand in a cast, then splint for 6 weeks, then with a right hand and fingers that could barely move, I needed an exercise where I could still work the rest of my body, whilst protecting my hand. You always said to make the exercise our way and this was what I did, progressing the size of weight to use with my left and just moving my right arm in tune with the left, but no weight. In this way, and with a calorie controlled diet, I managed to lose 20 pounds and increase my muscle mass.
    Your video was a godsend, as I can't do floor work (difficult to get down and up with the bad hand) and I'm looking for more standing strength exercises in your videos. If you can recommend one, I'd be grateful. Thanks so much for your wonderful work.

    Hi Lauren, I’m 64 and have had 5 surgeries in last 3 years, including both hip replacement,, I am finally feel great and started doing a lot of your workouts about 2 months ago and love them all,, the variety of times,types, weights etc and I’m feeling strongest I’ve felt in so long, the weight slow to come off,, but know I’m stronger and healthier because of your videos!!!     This certainly was one of your more challenging classes, Lauren! It’s good that we challenge ourselves as we age! I had to overcome some fear after a knee injury, which I am SO HAPPY to let you know that after 2 years since the injury and after 6 months consistently working out with you five days a week, I have diverted meniscus surgery! I am almost 100% before injury! I alternated between 5lbs and 8lbs❤ thank you doesn’t seem to describe how much I appreciate your channel!!!❤🙏🏼

    this is my "go to" workout when I can't decide which one to to. And I'm up to 5 pounds now! I remember when it was ONE pound a few years ago! BTW-I love it when you encourage us to match the breath with the movement.

    At 69 I am new to this great channel. I have shoulder discomfort so will very carefully work up from 3lbs today to higher weights, body permitting (I'm sweating). Really enjoyed how quietly, gently and positively you gave instructions. Great job. I will do more. I love the stability ball routines and those with weights.
