I think this should be called a toning or full body workout, it’s definitely not a HIIT. There was about three exercises that I would actually classify as cardio, the rest didn’t get my heart rate up much at all. HIIT should be maxing out your heart rate with nice active recovery.

Way easier now I already see improvement and lost a lot of fat Day2:did it!I don’t see more improvement but it burns!

Nice workout guys - I liked the format as it was varied. The only I did do was kept walking in-between sets to keep my heart rate up. That and sipping morning coffee. Adrenaline junkies unite LOL. Thanks and hope to see more workouts from you.
