    Iniciei hoje, dia 1/09/2023
    Tenho 88 kg e 1.68 de altura. Preciso eliminar 15 kg, essa jornada não é facil. Eu ja havia desistido de mim mesma pois nem nutricionista, nem terapia nem mesmo remedio para compulsão alimentar me ajudaram. Só Deus mesmo e agora vou fazer esses exercícios junto com caminhadas. Consegui realizar só 9 min ( 21%) que é nada. Mas irei conseguir, voltarei para deixar meu relato. Deus abençoe cada um nos seus objetivos!❤

      Bora Mana comecei fazer a 15 dias atrás a primeira semana é muito difícil mas depois vc pega o embalo já estou me sentindo muito melhor nem estou me pesando só tirei os doces refri e besteiras, não quero me encanar com peso esse mês quero me concentrar em pegar o hábito do exercício e cortar as besteiras. boa sorte pra nós sempre que puder da um salve aqui um abraço.

    Finally a workout that wasn't super intense and I could complete the entire routine without being completely whipped. However, I still burned over 300 calories! Also, loved the personalities and smiles of the beautiful duo.

    I have been doing the 30 day challenge and in week 3. When i starter i couldn’t do the 45 degree Jacks without stopping every 10 secs. Now i did them for the entire time! Down 5 pounds in 3 weeks. Thank you!

    i love this all standing training ! with back problems it is really enjoyable to keep standing full time. First time I did this my legs muscles ached for 3 days, proof it works

    I love this workout because it starts off slow and then it becomes intense. I get bored easily so not repeating the exercises felt great. I have not yet completed the workout but today Im working on completing more than I did yesterday.

    I have been training in the gym for the last 3 years. Mainly focusing on body weight training, weight lifting, pilates. My cardio would usually be at home or outdoors. I have discovered this channel long time ago. I have to say Oliver, these workouts are well structured, straight-forward, pulse elevating. I felt so good after this workout. I felt so much energy coming through during and after the workout. I will incorporate these routines with my weight training and pilates classes. Maybe I will do a video attempting another of your workouts and stitch you! Congrats x

    Aku dari Indonesia, sangat suka dengan latihan ini. Awal mengikuti latihan ini sangat berat, aku tidak pernah menyelesaikannya sampai akhir. Tapi setelah satu bulan rutin berlatih akhirnya aku bisa menyelesaikannya. Terimakasih banyak berkat latihan ini dan defisit kalori yang aku lakukan, aku berhasil menurunkan 7 kg berat badanku dalam satu bulan. Latihan ini akan terus menemaniku setiap hari 🎉

    I recently injured my wrist and was looking for an "all standing" substitute to my typical, advanced HIIT workout. This is definitely not that--meaning, the exercises are not high-intensity unless you're kinda new at it. That said, I loved the diversity of the moves, the trainers, and the background music. I'd simply recommend this for beginners, or for intermediate/advanced trainees on a recovery day.

    2 meses haciendo esta rutina de lunes a viernes y a veces los sábados, por fin me cerro ese pantalón que tenía guardado con la esperanza de que me volviera a quedar perfecto 😅 ósea si estoy teniendo resultados sin dieta 😊

    This was an amazing workout. Much harder than those I have done by you before. My average heart rate was above 135bpm. I was surprised there was no cooldown afterwards, though.
    I do have a problem with the 45 degree jacks, so I have to go slower and watch my feet as I do it, but other than that it was great. Thanks

      It really depends on your bodyweight, the number of reps you do, how fast you do them etc, don't rely on people saying that a workout burns an x amount of calories, the margin of error is huge

    Pessoal , como vcs montam os treinos em casa ? Ex: Vcs fazem uma semana direto o mesmo treino e na semana seguinte escolhe outro exercício? As vezes fico perdida,pois vou encontrando outros vídeos e vai virando uma bagunça...

      the short easy answer, is yes. cardio in general is a good way to burn calories!! the longer answer is.. depending on Where you want to lose weight and how much you have vs want to lose. more targeted workouts might get better results.

    Tô inciando 31/7 da a uma semana eu volto curtam eu dizer quanto q eu perdi cm dieta e essa aula de vcs ❤ eu vou conseguir tenho 123kl e 54 de altura pense como eu tô gorda feia sedentária eu vou conseguir 😉💪🏻
