    Just did this workout and i'm sweating like crazy, I'm 19 years old and I weigh 92kg. I want to reach 80kg. I'll do this every day. And give a weekly update.
    Week 1: 92kg

    I run every day for 25 to 30 minutes, but I don't feel as worn out as I do in this workout. Wow!! Congratulations!

      Because with exercises like this, our endurance data increases, so we can do it up to twice, if we do it 3 times a week.

      I do run about 3.5 miles in 33 minutes almost every day. I still ache all over after trying one of these videos. I think you use the muscle that you don’t use as much when you run. After my pain goes away, I can feel that the thigh muscles are pretty strong.

      increase the pace and you will get even more tired))) you can turn on acceleration for 5-10 seconds

    First day of the 28 day challenge and feeling good. My legs are hard as a rock! I have been trying to hit a personal goal for over a month but nothing has been working. I think this just what I need to motivate myself and hey if I win the challenge I can invest in some new workout clothes that can match my goal physique!

    I started doing it since 20th july and after 2 months i lost almost 4.5kg.. 76kg to 71.5kg today..
    i do regularly but sometimes i took a day of gap.. almost 5times a week
    Edit - after 4 month , now i am 69kg.. my goal where i have reached❤

    I like this workout, as I require a workout that increases my core strength. Right now, I am aerobically fit, but need to increase the strength of my muscles. (after simple shoulder surgery) This workout is also excellent for correcting poor posture. (which I also require) Last, the instruction is extremely well done. Thank you, Oliver! :)

    I originally chose this workout because it matched my mood today. Wow 🤩 after finishing it, I’m in a much better mood. I must admitI it is deceptively challenging.     Why should I win? Well this is the hardest I’ve tried. Usually I tend to do lazyish workouts where I give it a half effort and modify more than I probably need too. But sadly I don’t have instagram to post there. 😒. Still gonna give it my all though. Thank you for this program. You are a good trainer, it was nice to see you sweat and struggle right along side me! Much more motivating than watch an edited looped demonstration for the duration. Can’t wait till tomorrow! 😁

    Day 1 completed ✅️ I'm sure there are plenty of deserving winners here. All I know is that I need this in order to hold myself accountable to something every day, and as such make it easier for me to stay on my path. Also, I could really need some new running shoes to stay ahead of the tendinitis. 500 bucks wouldsurely help. 🙏Great videos!!

    I’m 48 and 276lbs. I made it to the 50% mark in this video. I woke up the next day and it hurt so good. I’m gonna keep at it till I get to 100% and down to my ideal weight of 200lbs. Those lunge kicks..🦵 omg😖😫😭😂 I’m glad I found this channel! Cheers🥂

    Starting from today
    Weight: 78 kgs
    Goal :70 kgs and lean muscle mass ( i dont care about weight ,
    i just wanna be healthy and left with muscle mass only) , i am busy throughout the week , so im only gonna do it twice a week
    Day 1: 20 mins done ( i felt way too exhausted and i was almost gonna pass out so i stopped)
    Day 2( after 3 days): completed the workout (didn't do bicycle sumo squat and calf raise and high knees properly)
    Day 3 (after 3 days): I did jogging in the morning and some leg work , couldn't complete the workout (21 mins). Not cuz of the abs but the mixed exercises of legs and abs i couldn't do , gonna do it in the evening again , will update)

      I agree I have arthrisis, and I can't do floor exercises as my lower back is bad, and my writs are fused, so I can't do pushups or burpes

    28th day Summer challenge
    Day 1
    10th july 2023
    Current Weight= 77.4kgs
    Goal= 50 kgs
    Okay, In the beginning it was great, i enjoyed the start especially if you do it with your 5min warmup in the playlist, after r3aching to 40% of exercise i was drained to 35% energy, but I kept going, by full 70% i was at 10% energy level. I regretted, at 95% of excerise i was so frustrated by side x crosses or high knees at i almost gave up but i continued completed all to 100% completely drained that I cried.
    Not able to breath, sweaty, and in the area i live its summer and humid so I was on fire the heat unable to bear but I pulled through.
    Then after 5 mins, i did you 5 min cool down. It was great, i feel relaxed.
    I'm already excited for day 2 but scared that I will not pull through with this challenge because I'm lazy and a procrastinator. Let's see. I'll post a similar comment on the day 2 video. Wish me well!

    Day 2: Completed.
    Comment: Well it hard, doesn't seem like low impact because I'm.beyond heated up. It summer and so it's humid as well. Let's see.
    The excerise are relatively easy but without breaks it tough love. I can't and unable to do crab hold and on other heavy excerise, the reverse plank. I'm heavy weight and basically do not have the requires strength or muscles to do it and even push ups and even lunges as my knees hurt. So basically I try either to hold the position or improvise with the steps. I Do not skip or wait to move on.
    Still, day 2 is hard but I found it easier than day 1. Maybe it's sudden increase or stamina or something.

    Day 5 done ❤ well tried to do 50 mins but couldn't did abput 37mins.

    Im 62kg of weight and tryna get get a bit leaner. I will do this workout 3 times a week, and 3 days muscle training, and 1 day rest. I will give weekly updates so stay tuned.
