Welcome! My name is Bethany Kramer, and I love cooking Italian-American classics and everything in between. Most of my recipes I learned by cooking with my mom and relatives over the years. Hi Bethany These look absolutely amazing. I have the church fair in two weeks (iv been Santa there for the last 10 years) But one thing that goes down well is the biscuits and Tea, i was going to make some Afghan biscuits, but i now know what i will be making instead. Will let you know how they go down, Chris. PS - What do you call a biscuit that is more intelligent than you? A smart cookie.

Biscotti's are the greatest and grew up with them at my Italian grandparents home. I bake these quite often but never have tried dried cherries. These look delicious and will be included in my next baking batch......thanks for the great video....YUM!!!

Can I prep this by putting in the fridge after frying it up? And then not put it in the oven right away? Or would it make it soggy 🤷♀️
It should be fine, it can always crisp in the oven. But the best way is to brown it first, refrigerate it and then bake it when you're ready!

You need to place a damp wash cloth near where you are cutting onions. The damp cloth absorbs most of the chemicals that cause you eyes to water
Congrats on getting over the 20k subscriber mark. Your recipe for scalloped potatoes looks yummy. Traditional and YUM! Now tell me your secret. How do you keep those wall counters clear of stuff? Mine are packed full of stuff on the counter tops. Appliances, etc... I do keep my 3'x5' island clear. The wall countertops not so much, except next to the sink and stove.

I noticed a cast iron fry pan ? Tomatoes acid would take the seasoning off the fry pan . I cook a lot with cast iron .
@@stevefoster1276 all my cast iron pans are enameled so it protects against that. Pure cast iron would for sure play with the acidity.
Why not use ricotta cheese in the chicken meatballs ?
@@stevefoster1276 ricotta is in my other chicken meatball recipe 😊 this one the zucchini creates the added moisture instead.
