I really appreciate it, Brian! lol I know exactly what you mean. I always keep things clean and that’s especially when I cook! thank you for the support:)
Hi Bethany This looks like a really good courgette (Zucchini) recipe, i love the tip re not only salting the courgette but baking it also to get rid of the extra moisture. My mother in Law is back later this week after her holiday away, so i will make this for her. She upset the lady in the hotel she was staying in you know, she said "The room is damp i will have rheumatism in the morning, the hotel owner said 'No you wont' 'You will have bacon and eggs like every one else' Chris (In UK)
@@Asimplepalate Hi Bethany Well as promised we tried the Zucchini Lasagna tonight and i made your Sweetcorn salad again to go with it, all i can say is empty plates all-round and a saved portion for my daughter to take to work tomorrow. As always the mother-in-law was here, but she absolutely loved it, i tell you, its unheard of, she moans more that an old wooden bridge. Actually she was talking about funeral plans for the future to my wife, she said what do you think Shall she order burial, embalming or cremation, i said best not take any chances get all three. Chris.

Bethany! I’ve never had a zucchini lasagna, but the end results looked sooo tasty, I went from not hungry to being very hungry🤣. Drew always looks so anxious to try the finished dish. Again, love the channel, keep up the great work! I always look forward to new videos!❤️

Great work. I make it exaclty the same, but i add ground turkey or beef to my sauce finely chopped for texture, thickening. Keep up the great recipes. I made your Chick Parm meatballs last week. Awesome recipe.
Love to hear it! for a complete meal it definitely needs the protein so that’s a great idea. And so glad you enjoyed the meatballs, I’m thrilled to hear it💛
That looks spectacular! Zucchinis are on this weekend's shopping list! By the way, that block of Reggiano looks amazing! I can smell the aroma from here in the land down under ❤
Glad to hear zucchinis made the list! This is a great recipe that makes them shine. And the Reggiano always helps make that possible ;) Appreciate the support every week!
Bethany, thank you for another great recipe. But, can I share something with you? I think black is your color! You look much better in the black blouse than the pink one!!😀 Hope that makes you smile again😀
This is a great beat the heat summer dish. So glad I put off grocery shopping until tomorrow. An easy protein source to add is sauteed chop meat mixed into the sauce. This dish would pair well with a nice bowl of gazpacho or another summer soup. If only we had a good recipe. Hint, hint :-)

yes, you can do that! I only have them on parchment because they are baked after sweating and it's easier not to transfer them around but you can totally do that before baking them.

Basil in the filling. No. Parsley.
