hey Elena, i am just a random german dude.. thats 23 years old ...but you give me so much hope... i lost my soul mate 1 month ago out of nowhere.. from a realtionship that was +2 years ...she just left me without any reason and with that i lost a lot of friends ..i had to move back to my parents (my dad) .... but yeah i just wanted to tell you thank you for giving me hope! i will take more time to grief and build strength again..

I've been realizing that more and more myself as I continue to determine where I am taking my life next. I'm glad the weather got better so that you could do those hikes! I went a few years ago in October, and it was very dry but hot, so I had to do any hiking early and late in the day. I remember doing Devil's Bridge, and I absolutely loved going around sunset! I'm glad you had such a great time out in Sedona! I also love your hat too! I love that it says, "Be Kind to Your Mind!"

I'm jealous of the amount of scenic diversity you have in the states - I'd love to do some of those hikes and see the proper 'cowboy' territory. I'm planning a trip to the states for next year, but it's just going to be the 'boring' old Washington and NYC - typical tourist stuff! It's good your parents are fit enough to do the hikes with you - can't beat a family adventure! Looking forward to seeing more of the wild west :)

Same happened to me! I lost my job, then a month later my wife of five years admitted she was having an affair and took the house. I had nothing… but I took the time at my parents to reconsider what had gone wrong, my part in what happened. I also thought about who I want to keep of the old me and who I wanted to become. I let my parents just love me and reshape our relationship. I realized I wasn’t very happy in my old life or in my marriage despite deeply loving my wife. Now 12 years later I have rebuilt my career in a different country, got remarried and have a wonderful 5 year old…. Sometimes life gives you a push. Good luck.

The last quote you mentioned at the end made me tear up as it really got to me (had to even play it twice). Making big changes is something which comes very difficult for me. I know deep down that there are some big changes I need to make in my life coming up in order to grow. I have a lot of fears of losing my old (current) life in favor of a new life as I know there will be resentment by people very close to me. I just have to take small steps along the way so I can build up to the bigger steps. At the same time, I'm finding more and more people who I know will be very supportive which will make a huge difference! Thanks for making this video!

I know that change is not easy. I was abused by boyscout master. I had health issues that loss in education, lost connection with someone I can feel loved and safe. I lost my parents in 2021. My career is over too. I'm 61. So, have to restart again. At least, I have decades of experiences, knowledge, skills and my home. Yes, I'm still in a relationship that is not safe but each of are doing what we can. I studied law of attraction, mindset work, business, investments, spiritual paths, and now using Joe dispenza's work to shift everything. So understand, the universe blessings us with these losses to give us a gift. Your inner guide know something was not right so it pushed you out. Yes, stay at parents. Its so special to be with them because one day they will be gone. I miss mine even though I am still dealing with closing of the estate. I have not been able to really grieve. To busy with restarting my career plus. So use this time to do inner work. Remember, your inner thoughts are creating your outer issues. ? If you are experiencing unknown trauma, beliefs etc. yes, even past lives and ancestral issues. You can learn a lot from GAIA too. Sending you ☮️🙏

That entire area is absolutely breathtaking! When I was out there a few years ago, I was only in Page for one night, so I only had time to see the dam and Horseshoe Bend as I was on my way to the Grand Canyon. Awesome video Elena!

I know it's hard to capture, but I imagine the vast scale of the landscape (specifically at Horseshoe) is just mind blowing? Would be good to see some shots done by drone - maybe a future investment?
