  • If you’ve ever wondered how to know out what you want in life, or how to align with your true self so you can make authentic decisions, then this video is for you!
It can be tough to figure out what you want, especially when the outside world, other people’s opinions and societal expectations can be so loud. There are obviously many potential answers and ways to go about this, but I wanted to share 5 tips that helped me figure it out for myself, and hopefully you can take something & apply it to your own life!
    Lots of love,
    Elena

Which of these tips did you find most helpful? I'd be so curious to know! 👇

You made me curious about all of these tips! And just had me adding three new books to my reading list. Actually, just watching this video helped me remember that experimenting IS okay and we do not necessarily need to know at any stange all the steps and "where we want to be in five years from now" things. It is okay to figure out the very next thing. I am trying right now to listen more to my body and I have always been quite strong in "thinking", but never tried the "prentending" way. I like the idea of the "shit sandwich", too!

Yay, so glad you found the tips helpful! And that's so true - my answer to the 5-year question changes every few months anyways so I've permanently given up on trying to have an answer for that haha - it's made me much happier & ironically more productive too :)
