Thanks for the update! You are absolutely right that a life transformation takes time. A close friend of mine has always told me that it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. I've been realizing that more and more myself as I continue to determine where I am taking my life next. I am so glad that you are finding many different things along the way which are bringing happiness into your life. I'm excited to see what you do next and the things you will experience coming up! hey Elena, i am just a random german dude.. thats 23 years old ...but you give me so much hope... i lost my soul mate 1 month ago out of nowhere.. from a realtionship that was +2 years ...she just left me without any reason and with that i lost a lot of friends ..i had to move back to my parents (my dad) .... but yeah i just wanted to tell you thank you for giving me hope! i will take more time to grief and build strength again..

Firstly, your ex is an idiot - we'll leave it at that! 🤐😛 Good to see you're taking the opportunity to relax and have some "you" time - your mental health is as important as your physical side, but you seem to be doing a great job with both, so well done you!
