woah the visualization yarn really worked, even though it will take a few sessions to fully feel the benefit; just knowing where the stress was physically coming from made me gain a lot of awareness about my own body!

Meditation always help... For me, usually I do that down in the morming, walking on the sand (since I live pretty close to a beach), but sometimes I just don't feel like going anywhere, so I pretty much meditate at home... For maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but it helps me a lot to face the day that I have ahead!
