Do you have contracts with these airbnb? What do you do in the booking process to ensure the airbnb owner holds their end of the deal? Do they just rent out to you through airbnb app at no charge?
I didn't use contracts for these as it's just an exchange, but I did have a contract when I worked with a hotel that was actually paying me money. We don't go through the app for booking, just discuss the dates & details over email. I also always confirm a few days before going to make sure we're still on the same page & they're ready for me!
Now the fact that you toured the place and posted a link here on your TH-cam should have been paid. But I get it when you’re just starting out! when pitching, how many nights’ stay would you usually ask for vs what agree to?

For hotels I've done 1 night, but that's because I just had to shoot one room vs a whole house!
I wouldn't approach them through the airbnb app itself because your account can get reported & shut down that way. I'd also only pitch to those who have IG, as there is less value you can offer if they're not already on social media. I'd DM them there & ask for their email to continue the conversation.
