The soup looked quite tasty! You brought up a lot of great points in this video. I like the idea that even though we all have so many things we want to achieve, it is a great idea to just take one step at a time, not move too fast, and take care of yourself. This is something I am trying to do to in order to reach the goals which I have set for myself. After all, it is not a race and we all have our own path in life. Great video Elena!

Hi Elena, such a lovely cozy video, The soup looked delicious. A couple of things I loved: that you referred to your love language being even about love for yourself. I never thought of it in that way before! Also putting the camera in the pot as you pulled it out the cupboard - brilliant! 😂I'm also approaching 30 and that Hilary Clinton quote resonates with me so much; it's always a hard pill to swallow...

@@chaptersofelena Oh ya, I totally get that! 30 feels big and it makes you think leading up to it! I only realized right before I turned 30 (like days before) that the big pressure society puts on it actually wasn't there for me and I just felt awesome about it once it came, so hopefully that's encouraging to you, maybe! Haha
