I have been getting better at setting boundaries when I need to get my work done, but I still need to improve a little bit more. Distractions are definitely the worst for me! That is one of the things I need to work on the most. I should start putting my phone on silent when I need to be productive. After all, that person who sent me a message can always wait! I hope you continue to feel better! You sounded great in the video!

Yes, my phone is on silent pretty much all the time, unless I purposely turn it back on for something!
