Amaze Your Guests with a Simple Dessert
Easy Eggless Tiramisu Espresso Recipe:
This delicious and unbelievably easy Tiramisu recipe is made with espresso and sweet and creamy mascarpone (no eggs!). if you are looking quick no-bake dessert, you must try this tiramisu recipe.
Ingredient:
• 200 g cream cheese
• 200 g heavy cream
• 80g icing sugar
• Ladyfinger
• 2 tbsp. dark rum or cognac or Amaretto
• Espresso
• Cocoa powder
Instruction:
1. In a bowl, add cream cheese, heavy cream and icing sugar. Mix until fluffy and creamy. Set aside.
2. Lightly dip each ladyfinger into the cognac. Do not soak and the cookies will be soggy.
3. Begin layering each cup with a layer of the cheese mousse, cocoa powder and then ladyfingers. Repeat until the cup is full.
4. Pour the hot espresso over the tiramisu and serve.
5. Enjoy!

1 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp salt 50 g corn kernels Heat the oil Add the popcorn kernels and salt, cover the pan. Shake the pan to make sure the kernels are in one single layer. Cook over medium-high heat, listening for the kernels to all begin to pop, gently shake the pan back and forth a couple times. Once the popping has slowed down to one pop every few seconds, the popcorn is ready. Remove the lid and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
By the way, I adore this dish, the sweetness of eggplants blended with bitterness of them, rhymes with umami tahini and garlic… with the silky, smooth texture 🎉🎉🎉
Eggplant dip, Baba Ganoush or Mutabbal could be the name of this delicious dip, but “Eggplant Hummus” is a bit weird cause the HUMMUS itself means chickpea…

The easiest NY cheesecake recipe: Crust: • 180 g lotus biscuits, crushed • 75 g melted butter Filling: • 290 g mascarpone cheese, room temperature • 170 g cream cheese, room temperature • 100 g sugar • 2 eggs, room temperature Instruction: 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C ( top-bottom heat) Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 18 cm pan and line with parchment paper. 2. Mix biscuit crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl until evenly moistened. 3. Press the crumbs into an even layer on the the bottom of the prepared pan, and refrigerate. 4. For the cheesecake batter, first cream the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese for 3-5 min until creamy. Keep scraping the sides of the bowl to ensure everything combines evenly. Add the sugar and cream again for 5 min until well combined. 5. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing until incorporated and scraping the mixing bowl between additions. 6. Pour the filling over the crust, tap on counter several times to release air bubbles. Place the pan in a tray and bake for 60 minutes. Don’t open the oven. 7. When the cheesecake is done, turn off the oven. Prop open the door, and let the cheesecake cool slowly in the oven for 1 hour. Remove the cheesecake from the oven, transfer to a wire rack, and let cool for 2 hours. 8. Then, leave the cake in the pan, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until completely cold before serving, preferably overnight or for at least 6 hours.

Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark Ingredients: 1 cup greek yogurt 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp maple syrup or any liquid sweetener Melted chocolate Extra peanut butter * In a medium bowl, add yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup or any liquid sweetener. Mix to combine. * Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt over the pan, and spread evenly. * Using a teaspoon, add the peanut butter and melted chocolate over the yogurt throughout the pan. Using either the spoon or a toothpick create swirls all over the yogurt. * Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm. Break into smaller pieces and enjoy.
