    Bored of having the same breakfast every day? Skip the breakfast rushing out the door?
    Let’s learn how to make the perfect batch of overnight oats! It’s one of the easiest, no-cook breakfast options that will leave you with nutritious grab-and-go breakfasts to enjoy throughout the week.
    Chocolate Banana Overnight Oat Recipe:
    Ingredient: (2 serving)
    • 110 g rolled oats
    • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
    • ¼ tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 1 banana, mashed
    • 2 tbsp. maple or date syrup
    • Melted chocolate, banana and peanut butter for topping
    Biscoff Overnight Oat Recipe:
    Ingredient: (2 serving)
    • 125 g rolled oats
    • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
    • 1 ½ cup almond milk
    • 3 Lotus biscoff biscuit
    • 2 tbsp. lotus biscoff spread
    • Melted lotus biscoff spread and biscuit for topping
    Berry jam Overnight Oat Recipe:
    Ingredient: (3 serving)
    • 125 g rolled oats
    • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
    • 1 ½ cup almond milk
    • 2 tbsp. maple or date syrup
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tbsp. mixed berry jam
    • Almond butter, blueberry and pistachio for topping
    Instruction:
    1. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combined.
    2. Add the mixture in a mason jar or airtight container and let sit overnight in the fridge.
    3. The next morning, serve with fruit and any other desired toppings.
    4. Enjoy!

    What kind of syrup or sweetener is in the first one and how much?

      I’ve used 2 tbsp (25 g) date syrup, but you can use any kind of syrup you like. By the way, I’ve written the full recipe in the description box and you can enable English subtitle for real time instructions 💙💙
