Basque Cheesecake recipe for newbies like me

- Ingredient:
• 320 g cream cheese, room temperature
• 85 g sugar
• 110 g eggs
• 190 g full fat cream
• 10 g cornstarch
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instruction:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (top & bottom heat) and Place a rack in middle of oven.
2. Brush an 18 cm springform pan with unsalted butter, then line with 2 overlapping sheets of parchment paper, making sure parchment comes at least 2 cm above top of pan on all sides.
3. Beat cream cheese 2 minutes on medium speed, then add sugar. Cream together on medium low speed using a hand or stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
4. Gradually add the eggs.
5. In a separate bowl mix cream and cornstarch then add to cheese mixture.
6. Pass it through a sieve then pour it into prepared pan.
7. Bake cheesecake until deeply golden brown on top and still very jiggly in the center, 25-35 minutes.
8. Let it cool to room temperature for about an hour then put it in the fridge overnight.
9. Enjoy!
