I definitely feel for the guys who called Elira their comfy streamers. Heck I enjoyed watching both of the dragon sisters, they were the only niji people I got a membership for. Honestly, when you look at the way Finana talks in that clip, it almost sounds eerily like she's sitting there lying. Her tone of voice and very carefully selected words. She almost sounds excited in a way. Maybe it's just her model's smile that is planting this idea in me. But the "I was gaslight after that, I was like "omg"" sounds so weird to me.

I kind of want to see the EULA of Anilive now. Because any service that you can upload your stuff in will say what they can do with your stuff. TH-cam can use your content, for example. Basically anything you uploaded, you agreed that they are allowed to take than and use it. For necessity part, they need your permission to basically share your content to people because that's the point of these content sharing site. But TH-cam had also been using people's content for their own promotions. I know there're art creators who had their video reuploaded as a whole to TH-cam's Facebook page as a promotional material for TH-cam. That reuploaded blown up while the creator didn't even get credit. So with Anilive, you basically have to give them permission to use your model because that's how they system was set up. What is stopping them from using your model for something else other than your own stream? If you say "they don't own it" then you need to know that you don't need to own the IP itself to use it. You just need to own the rights to use it, which is something that you need to give them in order to use their app to begin with.

I will say that it's been made clear there are a lot of different perspectives on what Flipsie's original intentions were and Flipsie themselves have stated that they didn't intend it to be in bad faith but I personally simply can't buy that their comment was made as "genuine advice". Especially considering their past history of trolling the comments/qrts of Niji livers this comes across to me as nothing but a "gotcha" comment using the suicide attempts of two former livers - one of which Finana may have been close with - and then later justifying it as "advice".
