- Nijisanji continues to try to get out of the hole. Let me know in the comments what you think about the stories!! First we have the JP side, which has stayed out of trouble, doing a collab for mariokart. Next Anime impulse is coming up, with the meet and greets not selling out, they are going to have a bad time. Dokibird is doing so well, so do you think she will go to an agency like Vshojo?
So many agencies are doing the worst they can for their talents, do you think this is going to end? Former talents like Kamigoo/Mochi are having a much better time outside of Niji. why do you think that is? Sayu finally got above where she was as Zaion Lanza, and finally Idol EN has begun to tease and debut their new Gen "Encore" with veteran talents joining the agency. Do you think it will succeed?

Mr. Man is already doing a great job on helping Doki. Even if It's sometimes stuff that Doki doesn't like, like finances and budgeting, mr. Man is steadfast on making Doki look at her expenses. Specially since she made no profit last year.
Personally I'm happy to see Doki doing this well. She deserve every break and achievements she can get her hands on after everything that happend in her life.
Never want any vtuber/entertainer to go through what the ex-niji talents went through. Specially with Doki, I'm glad she's still alive.
I have this image in my head where Mr. Man is a teacher and Doki is just doing math homework while saying "please...no more math"

I'm not sure Doki would want to join an agency, she's already way too big for any agency to contain her imo, I've seen a similar case with Miori, Bae's former genmate back in MyHolo TV, when she was still a small indie, Miori was willing to join Tsunderia after leaving MyHolo TV, but once she got big there, she became an indie and never show any sign of interest joining an agency anymore. My guess is that the agency barely have anything to offer to people like Doki/Miori anymore due to their sheer size from a financial standpoint
But it's not like it's impossible, in the ID vtubing scene, the 2nd biggest Vtuber here, and not to mention also the biggest if not 2nd biggest male vtuber in the world at the time I write this, was an indie vtuber named Akemi Nekomachi, but he decided to join AKA Virtual anyway in the end since he got lots of friends there, so things like this just MIGHT happen in the international scene too
that does seem to be the case, that people like doki already have a good thing set in place. Agencies would not be able to offer anything new

I believe Doki have a large enough fanbase and enough high level contacts in various places now that an agency needs her more than she needs them, so would have nothing to gain from joining
I've been open about this before. Dokibird (and by extention Mint, and Sayu) would not want to join up with any agency right now. Dokibird is already one of the bigger indies, catching up with some of the best known indies. Plus she's already got the M-Team to help her out as well as her family.
Mint is an impromptu Vshojo member. Not really one of them.
Eh disagree if they keep their channel and model should be fine. It’ll be unlikely for Doki who’s so huge and has a personal manager that’s top tier already. Sayu has expressed Vshojo won’t happen but did seem to consider Phase as possible. Mint wouldn’t wanna join rn but she also stated she didn’t know if she’d stay beyond summer so it makes sense she wouldn’t join a company during that time, I don’t believe she’ll join Holo due to her having to give up her IP so when the summer special ends she’ll either vanish, stay indie, or join Vshojo is my guess

Yea, she probably wont join any agency for now, probably another year or more. At least she's open for collabs

My opinion that it is too soon for dokibird to join any agency. mr man is super capable due to his strong portfolio. So do give them the time to adjust their direction for now since they still doing networking

With Doki's situation on Joining another corporate VTuber agency ya she is way too big at this point it's like Kson. If you remember Yagoo gave her the option to return to Hololive, however she is way too big for Hololive at this point in her career because she has done so many things like compete in a competition to be in her favorite video game series Yakuza/Like A Dragon and the same thing applies with Doki she is doing so many things that she couldn't with an agency.
Doki already have Good manager I don't see the need for her to have agency
And the manager have been in a child tantrum like xQc so she is in good hand
I somewhat disagree on Doki not gaining anything from joining a company.
In the short term it's not gonna happen, no. Between trauma, enjoying her freedom and coming to terms with being a person of interest, she'll stay indie for a while.
_But_ she keeps mentioning that she doesn't enjoy having all the responsibility for everything and having to take care of all the administrative stuff. With how big she is, she's basically running her own little company with everyone working for her - on _her_ payroll, requiring _her_ decision making and looking to _her_ for guidelines and plans. And that's not something Doki likes doing. Signing with an agency would help with that, taking those exhausting tasks off of her shoulders and leaving her more time and mental capacity to do what she does this for: Creating fun content. It's always a trade between responsibilities and independence.
I doubt she'll join anything close to a corporate agency ever again - but one on the level of VShojo seems very possible to me (though probably not VShojo itself).
I honestly think that Doki at most might just join a small agency to give it more eyes on it instead of any personal benefit she's already self-sufficient, so why join a larger agency when you can be a catalyst for a small agency getting a boom period
I don't think Dokibird would join an agency anymore. Even if she didn't have the explosive growth she experienced.
I don't think money or the size of her audience really matters to her. I think that the corpo vtubing is just not for her and that she genuinely just prefers indie vtubing. It comes with a lot more freedoms, which seems to be something she values a lot.
And I completely understand that mindset. I had a similar experience with corpo vs indie in art. After going indie I regained a lot of passion for art, started enjoying it more and had a much better mental health due to the freedom that comes with being indie.
From a business standpoint, it wouldn't make sense for her to go corpo. But even if it would make sense, I don't think she'd want to.
Everyone that walked with Selen was only dealing with Nijisanji because Selen was there
Its considered "Return of the Queen" in the amateur/pro Tournament sphere and she might be sporting a jackef with multiple company logo patches at IRL Events in the future
I don't think Dokibird would join a Vtuber agency again. It would have to be a situation like V-Shojo where she could keep her current model, channel and everything. Honestly though, she doesn't really have a reason to join a Vtuber agency again. She had a really bad experience previously and she's doing very well as an indie. It would be nice in a way if she joined Hololive, since her and her owl friend wanted/thought that is what was happening when they first started their Vtuber Agency journeys, but that's about it.
currently doki doesnt need to join another agency, but i hoping if she wants to someday it will some place where she feels safe and worth it

I don’t see Doki joining an agency cause she has everything on lock. Sayu probably won’t unless either she can get into Phase or stuff resolves with Vshojo but even then don’t see that being a thing that will happen anytime soon. Mint we’ll probably see when the summer special is over since she seemed unsure if she was even sticking around… she’ll likely either stay indie, leave entirely, or full on join Vshojo after would be my guess
Well, vtuber used to be a space for hobby, not for corporate greed. It's actually as profitable as the doujin market - not actually lot.
So yeah, this is more like the normal.. the new normal I guess, with a few big agencies.

Id rather doki do her own thing and not join a major corpo although if she did id hope its phase or v shojo and i dont really follow those two companies i just dont want the slander that would come from both sides if doki joined hololive
At this point all conventions might even go as far as stopping any cosplayers to avoid conflict and whats the main reason that lit the flame??? A certain black company!
no they wouldn't for a simple reason. cosplayers have been one of the pillars that conventions were founded on. any anime convention that would bar cosplaying is a dead convention. it would be a self destructive move. far from avoiding controversy such a move would CREATE controversy

What if some random just decided to not behave themselves and harass the cosplayer?
What can the staff do from there?
Since they cant allow that kind of behavior but they could be implied to be pro niji at that point?
@@legendarydigitize2523 issue a general warning. state that cosplaying that character is do so at your own risk. doing this both informs the attendees of the situation allowing them to DECIDE whether or not to play as the character depending on how thin or thick skin.
it respects all cosplayers. if someone wants to brave the risks they should not be barred from doing so solely because others who don't want the risks. its about respecting the choice of the cosplayers.
don't want the risk don't cosplay the character if you want to play the character despite the risks then you are responsible for dealing with any negatives that come from it.
Doki join another vtuber agency?? NO. We dont want another company get sink like kurosanji. No one wants to hire a PR demolisher.
the only one who demolish their own PR image is Kusosanji, all Doki did is defending herself. On the other hand, if an agency treat their talent right, it would be a good PR image.

A lot of vtubers want to collab with Doki to the point she has a long list of collabs. A lot of people invited her to events and tornaments, and she's getting her own Waifu Cup design. "PR demolisher", nice cope OP.
@@Vergil.bin.Sparda Most of the vtuber agencies are overseas or dont give the same labor protection compared to american and canadian companies. Hololive has their own internal problems as a japanese group, since Mel got fired for questionable reasons and most of their EN and ID branch moved recently to Japan to follow a new work contract. Taking good care of their talents is not enough; the talent has to follow the rules of their workplace. Since Doki is a wild goose card like Kson or Rushia, she should stay indie for her own safety.
@@Vergil.bin.Sparda right now, Idol corp announced their new Spanish brand, and one of their talents was in a bad work enviroment in Wactor. We don't know if the group Eternals will be treated well inside the company; as long the talents don't have a dark history or bad reputation, it should be fine for both the talents and the company.
IF she is enterprising enough, she could start her own agency rather than join an existing one. Get together with a bunch of other indie friends, work together as indies. Basically another vshojo/offlinetv/otk/similar org.

Yup. Doki can get the old gang back as part time like Sachimu, Bao, Lilypichu etc. each is pretty big themselves and Niji still think she’s unmarketable
