hololive's new holowitch project got me hyped ngl
What a way to flex their connections with the anime and seiyuu industry while also giving their talents even more opportunities to grow and showcase their talents
Most if not all Holo talents could make excellent seiyuus and they are already very popular. An anime based on Holomembers? Happy fans would be grinning like stinking clams and get their faces petrified smiling.

Hologra is just a skit anyway glad they tapping on the potential of making a story out of the talents characters.
Suisei didn't just keep her original model (heck she made it in the first place). The thing with her is that she's the only Hololive member who actually managed to keep her indie persona when joining. Everyone else had to join under new identities, whereas Suisei was adamant about keeping hers that she had to beg Cover Corp to let her do it.
My guess is the reason why she's able to join with her own IP model is because she "join" Hololive under Inonaka Music which was struggling to support AZKi.
@@ardantop132na6 there is also the fact that Hololive was small back then when she joined, trying to replicate that know is more likely impossible
If Mint ever joins another agency, it should be Hololive, since that was her original wish.
If Hololive is auditioning for the next gen in the EN branch
Kiara could probably help get her get in if she decides to go that route
That will be a very hard sell. I'm pretty certain that Yagoos hiring team will have to take extra care to NOT include her as a favorite despite knowing the Twins or knowing Kiara. Remember they get 10's of thousands of applications that they have to go through and they can't afford to play favorites. Hiring her and putting her in EN, even if talented can be seen as a sort of nepotism as she would be a fan favorite.
If you notice ALL of the VTubers cover has have been small time but with exceptional talent, Mint is no longer small time and has a sizable community.
it will also be some time perhaps a year before Gen 4 debuts as long as the VTuber scene keeps growing (there is growth potential in NA, but there is a lot of competition now too.)
@@EndoftheBeginning17while, there's many small vtuber/streamer but there's also a bigger vtuber. Gura, Mumei, Shiori, Nerissa is quite big in their PL lives.

suisei keeping her model was the EXCEPTION to the rule and it wasn't without a hard fight and ending in a compromise of her going to inonoka music instead of the main branch of hololive. people who think suisei keeping her model and ip was easily allowed by cover are ill informed. this is not something cover would simply allow anyone to do. maid mint or any indie would not be granted the same regardless of how big they are
There is also the fact that the Hololive at that time was more like and indie company , nothing like the behemoth that is now
Well you're right suisei is a great exemption but I do think cover should start adopting indie vtubers into their brand despite the risks.
Thinking that because of Kiara and the Twins have pull is a far stretch. Kiara can put in a recommendation but in the end it comes down to does she have the skills and talents that Cover wants in their talents. They also can't be seen playing favorites, there will be something like 10 thousand small streamers that will be auditioning for the same spot. If she got it, it could be construed as nepotism. It was different for Luna as she wasn't all that well known in the first place and she wasn't necessarily any one's friend at least publicly.
With Mint it will be seen as nepotism because she is friends with Kiara at least by some people and it could be a PR disaster for Cover, those are the things Yagoo and his team have to look at as well.
I think the only exception they may allowed is, Ui-Mama and Siro. As much as, I want them to join Holo, I will just let the time to tell.
@@EndoftheBeginning17 Agreed. References are common in any industry. I even recommended one of my friends to my managers. But they still need to go through the interview process. It is a normal practice. What is not normal is nepotism. Instant hire cos of one person says so without meeting the qualifications.

DO NOT FORCE/PLEASURE her to go 'this and that' company. BECAUSE we are not her 'mom and dad' that making decision for her and we dont have a right for that!
If shes really want to join 'that' company, she feel its a right decision this time and as long as shes happy about it..so be it! Let her be! And that the only matters for me. im not against it.
No like anyone can force her to do anything or like any company will accept her just because.
But we know how much she loves Hololive but is not that easy to get into Hololive now

If it's the same channel I'm thinking of, I just discovered kyou's asmr yt channel recently; her vids helped me sleep a lot during my recent vacation. Just checked and everything I saved in my playlists are gone.
Hope something can be done about it and she gets her channel back or can reupload sometime soon.
Gonna be difficult for ASAP to recover from this, given that they defended this toxic behavior.
I always believe that Mint notPomu will always perfectly fit in the Holo EN like a missing puzzle piece and shine brighter with her contagious positive energy and gremlin antics. Not to mention she's already great friends with Kiara and the twin doggos. So yeah, i hope we'd see her in her brightest form, but time will tell. Regardless i still love her Fantome form.
Sadly its not about what you or I believe but what the corpos believe. And Hololive has extra problems in hiring Mint, they are a large corporation that would possibly hire a large talent. That alone is an issue, it can be seen as nepotism and I mean real nepotism because she is friends with other talents not that they would have a say in the matter and remember they probably would have 10 thousand applicants for the same position all of whom would be comparatively small talents She on the other hand is basically a household name.
Hololive would be a very hard fit for her at this point. Not saying she can't make the attempt but she was close to a millions subs while Pomu and as Mint she is gaining her subs back very fast. She is now over 200K and growing. In a month she will be closing in on 300K as the rest of her Niji Community come across her profile and sub to her.
Advent only have 4 channel so make it 5 haha but vshojo it most likely place

So the logic of she would’ve joined Vshojo already if she was going to makes no sense to me cause Mint made it pretty clear she didn’t know what the future held that way if she was sticking around even or not. I think she very well could end up joining vshojo but my guess is if she does it’ll be after the podcast ends. By then she’ll probably decide if she wants to continue indie or with vshojo or not at all

ASAP actually recommended the mix, thats probably why they talked about it on the promo stream. They even doubled down after the backlash saying their drinks are safe to mix. The people who end up hospitalized for poisoning might not actually buy their drinks but other brands that are cheaper/better. Still doesnt mean that its a good idea nonetheless. Guessing someone high on the ladder at ASAP found out about the PR disaster and clamped down. Might just be bad timing for the promotion, at the same time a bunch of people was hospitalised for mixing drinks that was so bad the ministry had to make a PSA.

She'll stay indie, but if she did join a group she would probably join Vshojo mostly because shes such a close friend with Matara. Hololive would be a step up from Kurosanji, but its still filled with a lot of the same stressful work stuff that Kurosanji has to the extreme.
What about Doki FKA Selen, do Matara and the other ex-Niji members in VShoujo even interact with her after all that happened..?

Mint needs time to recover and get used to having control again. I think she was so hurt by Niji that this healing time is very much needed. When she is ready, she will look to where she thinks she would fit best. For now it looks like her friends at Vshojo asked them to give her support while she is indie.
Mint can join holo afterall it her wish she an take place in advant whare every group have 5 channel it can be 5 with mint join in but mostly vshojo

That said... VTuber clips can lead down weird recommended, I got recommended some dance video with what looked like VTuber 3D models but like a K-pop type band, turns out it was just someone animating to a song, I forget the name for it, the 3 letter thing used for like 3D animated dance videos...
Anyway! the models... turned out to have completely see through outfits, basically nudity.
And because I clicked on that... more started showing up in the recommended... only it was no longer 3D models, but actual real women in sheer dresses or fishnet clothing, without underwear, basically full frontal nudity on TH-cam.
But kissy noises? that's too far!

personally i thing staying indie might be best or hololive because in truth that is basically the only place her dream can be accomplished largely because they began and still are an idol and concert oriented company geared to massive scale concerts and performances. its basically the golden ticket to her dream. but granted the likelihood of getting in is VERY low because of the low frequency of gen debuts and the sheer amount of people vying for the winning ticket but you don't gain anything from not trying.
she already said no to joining vshoujo so highly unlikely. imo she will stick with being indie. she seems to be enjoying the indie freedoms a lot.
