What Kirsche said? Well I watched her stream 2-3 times so I know what she said. She went deep investigating DEI / BRIDGE/ woke movement that infiltrated media industry, including games, movie, TV, comics etc.
There is strong evidence of money and systematic effort to corrupt existing IP in games/movies/ comics etc, to include more and more non-white , lgbtq, and remove what hetero male likes.
This forced DEI remove creativity, and (try to) force feed political agenda and very niche taste (lgbtq) to the majority of population (which is largely "normal" heterosexual), resulting in flop products.
Kirsche had been very vocal about this because they damaged creative industries and taint the established IP.

As a former Kindred, seeing Vox's views dropping down to the hundreds is both depressing and satisfying. It's awful for him, but it has to happen. After the black screen stream, it does feel like a lot of people have lost faith in him and moved on, including myself. Luca being in the hundreds is wild too, but understandable with the rumors about him. It seems like a lot of people have lost faith in Luxiem too since they would get double or triple of their current views back in the day. All four of them together can't even pull the usual CCV numbers Dokibird gets now.

After the Doki incident, I cannot trust any of their tweets regarding hiatus livers. How do we know it's genuine and not management again? Unless Kotoka streams again, not trusting anything.

Agreed, Her health is important and as of the time being her Streamlabs is still open (a thing that both Zaion and Selen had before their announcements) but there hasn't been anything and I don't trust that tweet. I would've expected some skin walking promoting the merch or other things but to no avail. I genuinely hope that the person behind Kotoka is okay and this is not me kissing Niji's ass, I'm genuinely worried for her and that she'll be dropped like the two mentioned before.

I mean it's not odd. Despite that it is harassment, it is the "right" kind of harassment in the eyes of the volunteers apparently. Kirsche showed on her stream the examples provided by the director of the "problematic" tweets and it's clear that volunteers are of the extremist side if they found those problematic

The director admits that some volunteers don't like Kirsche's political views on X so they made the director choose them or kirsche. He chose the volunteers cuz he needs the help more than kirsche's influence. Kirsche also specifically mentions to not bring pippa or phase into this
@@kylewoodowens4488Phase probably payed it as a PR move, and probably nothing more than that if I’m understanding this comment right. They likely have nothing to do with the blacklist in any way. This isn’t to discredit what Phase did, but there isn’t much more than what’s on the surface for Phase if you mean that Phase had any hand in this.

Offkai blacklisting Kirsche is just a dumb move in my opinion. There is no major controversy surrounding her at the moment or any real beef between her and other people who were invited to the event.

Offkai seriously is trying to make everyone hate them. Pippa and Kirche are really close friends and she's basically the face of Phase Connect. The same company that is paying for all the merchandise booths at Offkai. I wonder how they would react if Fishman changed his mind about helping the expo
As satisfying as it would be to see OffKai lose all that revenue, this is a _terrible_ PR move for Sakana if he changes his mind now. I really don't want to see that happen simply because it would end up hurting him and Phase Connect more than OffKai. I'm sure there are people who will criticize him for not pulling out of OffKai, but he stands to lose _a lot_ more if he pulls out now. Regardless of how shitty OffKai is, that doesn't change the fact that he did a good thing for a lot of people.

Remember, this was a small, aspiring con that exploded in popularity because it appealed to such a wide variety of attendees and didn't drown itself in drama garbage. And now it appears to be slowly getting infiltrated by the sort of 'activist' types that practically dredge for drama garbage. What were Offkai gonna do if other volunteers did their own ultimatums? If Matara suspects that Rosemi is going to graduate then there's a good chance of it happening. There are also Rosebuds like myself that want to watch her but are opposed to the company. If she does then that will make me quite happy. After all, once that happens I can watch her again.
I'm waiting for Asmongold to find out about the whole thing about Kirsche being blacklisted and start talking about it. It's going to be truly cataclysmic for them once that happens. It will get even worse if Pippa and Ironmouse call them out on this. I wouldn't count on Pippa staying quiet very long when there's trouble for a friend. Sakana can probably only reign her in for the duration of Offkai. She is probably chomping at the bit waiting to call them out.
I would catch Rosemi’s streams from time to time before all this happened, and not gonna lie, they were like a breath of fresh air with all the drama happening at the time. It kinda sucks that you can’t watch someone so kind because of that company. It would be nice to watch her again at some point.

In regards to the comment made in response to Rev Says Desu, I get the sentiment that Rev is punishing his fans for what the expo staff did, but you can't simply "express your outrage later" like it's going to have any meaningful impact. _Now_ is the time to show support for Kirsche and drop support for OffKai because the loss in revenue sends a clear message. Not only is it hypocritical to attend OffKai anyways and then complain about it afterwards, but how exactly is it going to affect OffKai? Oh look, some people on Twitter are whining about them _while they're just ignoring the criticism and counting all the cash they made off the event._ Rev is well aware that fans might feel like he broke a promise and he might end up losing fans over a stunt like this. But that's also why the gesture is even more noble; Rev shows support for Kirsche even while knowing the risks to himself, and if he gets hurt because of it, showing support for her is worth the pain. This is what "solidarity" means.
Offkai better not "employ" these "volunteers" next year if they want to keep being in the good graces of the majority of vtuber communities

Never thought there'd be a potential day where a Ketchup Fox V-Tuber would show up on Open Bar or FNT but it's looking more and more likely as time goes on.

And it is very true that one has to make an effort to have real friends. A lot of the fans of those Tournaments on Twitch and Billibilli also found Nijisanji through Selen's participation in Tournaments and Events and while a lot of Doki's fans in Asia Major and Asia Minor might not be able to donate on TH-cam or Twitch with a VPN they can unfollow and Unsubscribe Nijisanji support through the VPN(A fan in Red China mentions this in the Charity stream)

Closing the Korean branch wasn't just Niji being Niji. It's not as simple as saying "oh, closing NijiKR was a bad move." Korea has tax policies that, tldr, make it very difficult to effectively impossible for things like NijiKR to exist. It's the reason why Hololive KR will never exist and why Twitch had to pull out.

Sadly, California is very politically one sided. People who volunteer for events such as conventions in that state are very likely to have strong political leanings to the point it will effect their daily lives and the choices they make.
think in organizer shoes for once, you have one participant that can have arguments with other participants in your event like niji EN case, who will they choose to avoid problem in event?
To my knowledge, I do not think that there is anyone who was invited to OffKai that Kirsche has any beef with or who is likely to engage in real argument with her. So, to blacklist her seems more like a personal reason rather than a safety or enjoyment reason.
Funny thing, they also want to blacklist Pippa, but Phase Connect has the policy of "we are all going, or none at all", so they kick out the problematic volunteers instead
This is going to be a hot take here but I am not surprised OffKai blocked someone like Kirsche? Though frankly I am not sure why they blocked Kirsche and not Rev. There is a reason why most VTubers don't discuss politics. Kirsche is EXCEPTIONALLY vocal about her political ideologies and has frequently gone after/antagonized people with a viewpoint opposing her own if I am not mistaken. If I were a con I wouldn't want extreme personalities from either side. I wouldn't want someone like Uki who is blatantly racist toward white people or someone like Kirsche who is antagonistic toward anything that doesn't espouse conservative political talking points. As an additional note I was just looking through a /VT thread on this exact topic and the top few commentors were basically saying Kirsche is too political and should have expected this. Like when 4Chan says you're too political and deserve the ban you need to sit down and think for a moment.

Kirsche says a ton of repulsive stuff, she constantly breaks the supposed taboo of not talking about politics, but somehow it's fine for her, because she's a right wing weirdo, and her audience likes it.
Can you give me an example of the repulsive stuff Kirsche has said? I do not really watch her and the most "right wing" thing I have seen her do is be critical of progressive programs in the same way that "left wing" vtubers are critical of conservative policies.

Also Offkai banning Kirsche is sad but not surprising. ANYTHING seen as controversial is now treated terribly and banned or shadowbanned these days, and she is deffo seen as that by 'those types'. But the thing is, controversy CAN be good and have a good effect, not always just negative or bad. Outright banning or shadowbanning 'controversial' people shows your not up for even listening to their point, i find it quite childish and the equivalent to sticking fingers in ears and going 'lalala'

Did you see what Mata said about VSJ 'not forcing her by being contractually obligated to only say positive things about them' so basically a massive niji-slap but also...if true, remember the secretGC stream by millie? literally 1 min in and you see 2 usernames kinda push that barrier and say negative stuff about them. 1-2 min into it and i had an answer: yea it has been done in the past.
