Amelia Watson had her face doxxed, and directly tied to her Hololive persona, threatening her safety. Next is an opinion piece not to pressure the vtubers to collab. Doxxing within the community is most foul. Whilst her face isn't exactly secret to those who know, outright doxxing a public figure, with intent like that, is most vile. Worse still is it is another VTuber doing this.
I hope COVER Corp. sues the person into oblivion.

If it's a clip from that one video, then it's from what was a public stream and the use for it in this context would fall under fair use or similar legislation in most places. I doubt that qualifies anywhere for doxxing, legally speaking.
The best and pretty much only course of action for Cover is to ignore.
They would need to find out first where that person jurisdiction is and than sue there. If they sue from Japan and that person isn't living there not much will happen.
Yagoo would be very mad right now after knowing one of his talent get doxxed like this, and for the doxxer might want to start to pray.

the line is between vtubers who dont really hide their past life and so its more accepted while for Ame really keep a clear line to not have any reference and seem to deleted all past life content and so its much worse in this context.

In the same stream they're referencing, TheGawd literally said that he didn't want to be a part of any slander or hateful campaign against Sayu because it was Kenji's fight not his. He also said he would support him through the doxxing situation (an actual example of doxxing and not what's happening now) because of their longtime friendship.
People can believe what they want to, but in the face of actual evidence it's the people who are willing to continue spreading missinformation that will do more harm than good towards whatever cause they think they're fighting for

That tone will change when he gets doxxed, because court records are public records. So either he kisses the glove, accepts whatever punishment seems appropriate, and apologises to Amelia, or there may be a "situation" where his real name and physial adress are "accidentially" part of the court proceedings, and he now has to think about very carefully on if the person next to him is going to do something crazy. Would not even be a big thing, just an accident in court filings, and the dudes real name and adress are out there, for all the world to see. And such a thing can happen very quickly if you are not familliar with the american legal system. "OOpsydoodles, it appears we leaked the name and face of the person who doxxed one of our talents.... my, what an unfortunate accident. we are so very sorry for what we did, and we wish you a speedy recovery. You've got to appreciate why COVER Corp. Set up a branch office in the West right? Pretty sure their US Corpo office probably has a sizeable legal team presence.
Real doxxers don't even care about this dude. They have plenty of sites and discord servers where these stuff are prevalent. So yes, it will mostly likely happen again whether you like it or not. Also, there's a thing called Streisand effect and this channel ain't helping the situation.
Best approach is to report and ignore. Going to Twitter, scolding the guy, and spreading news of the story on TH-cam only makes it worse.

That guy is named Shizzy or something, and is the same guy who was in Kenji's stream and informed him of Sayu's vague post, so technically speaking he's the reason why Kenji and Sayu and both their communities had a war. It's also important to note he kept using the word d*ddler while Kenji was avoiding it.

I watched the beginning of the vid thinking it was talking about the issues with the Vtuber community, judging by the timestamps. Heck, I even WATCHED some of his vids While I was searching for Black Vtubers to watch! When I saw the face doxxing part, I then realized, that guy is now PART of the problem. Yeah, DEFINITELY not watching him again.

I was wondering on the lack of Amelia Watson stuff lately. This explains that. Holo and Yagoo are gonna tear this guy a new one for doxxing. Its one thing to look into VTubers' past personally, like on a whim, just to see if they have done face reveals. But doing this kind of thing, well, that guy is not going to be so happy very soon.

Regarding the collab thing, whether it's the Hololive context, or the ex-Niji livers, I think that people need to find the balance between letting the talents know fans would be ok with certain collabs, but not pressuring the talents into thinking the fans are demanding these collabs.

I see this huge thread about Doki and Sayu and the rest of the ex-Niji not collabing with her. And of course everyone is speculating.
Let's talk about Sayu first. A lot of people bring up that none of the other ex-Niji's have collabed with her. First of all she is the one keeping her distance from them and from most VTubers in fact, she spent a year being harassed by people on Twitter and likely the odd one even came into her chat. She is going to be very careful about who she deals with and why. Yes it would be nice to see her to reach out to them as if nothing bad happened but a lot of people, including myself wrote her off as that termination letter was one nasty piece. I changed my stance when she published her letter that had reciepts and it was because of the reciepts that I changed my stance.
Most people didn't change their stance on Sayu until Selen's termination letter came out and that hit the waves. I went to Sayu's stream only to see Dragoon after Dragoon come in and apologize and show her support, that doesnt mean Doki will collab with her, just that the Dragoons apologized. She is now popular again and she is now just feeling more comfortable reaching out to other people.
As for Vshojo, Sayu has stated that she is deliberately keeping her distance as she thinks people there would be uncomfortable with her being there if she joined or whatever (she has a lot of healing to do personally including rebuilding relationships again) (Basically she said something about Nina aka Matara and while she apologized Matara might be uncomfortable around her) - it's nothing that a simple conversation couldn't straighten out, but I highly doubt the 2 would become friends, co-workers sure friends no. One day Matara will end up in a Crab Game and the two will be forced to say "Hi"
As for Doki, she'd doing her own thing, for all we know Mint asked her to collab and Doki's plate was way too full. Look at the whole WestleTuber project, that takes a lot of time getting a sponsor like Gamer Supps, getting the artwork done, setting up the actual game, gtting permission from all the corpos, and then getting enough VTubers invited, she's probably been working on that for the last 2 months. I also suspect she is the one saying o to the collabs with ex-Niji talents, they all left the company before her but that company and anything to do with that company is probably very emotionally stressing including other former Livers
Honestly I do hope she becomes know as the big projects VTuber, just known for setting up huge projects that involve all the big Western corps and Indies, it will be noted by one and all that the only VTubers to never be invited will always be Nijisanji VTubers
To close on this. Recently Matara said that she is being a lone wolf and trying to move on and doesn't have many friends with her previous employer that she regularly keeps in contact with. The gist of it is she's trying to move on with her life and doesn't want to talk about work particularly the old company she is no longer with. I suspect that this is true with all of the ex-Niji talents, it's time to move on and see what new things they can do, what projects that they can do for just themselves.
Evanit0 sharing that garbage is a big oof... I thought he was smarter than that, but oh well. Then again, he also defended Nux Taku since the very beginning of the VShojo drama a couple years ago, and that was risky for him at the start before public opinion swung in favor of Nux instead, so that was seen as brave and admirable, but I guess in actuality he's just the kind of person who blindly supports their friends...even when they do some really stupid shit.
This whole situation honestly reminds me of a Twitter moment awhile back where some terminally online Twitter users tried to cancel Japanese people for the use of the Japanese word "nigeru", meaning "run." People had the audacity to say "Why can't they just use a different word that doesn't sound so similar?" This is what happens when you allow a word to have so much power over you. Don't get me wrong, the history behind the word is important too and people should just respect each other, but it's gone way too far when people start trying to police _an entirely different language_ over it.
