I say to accept Camila's apology. Don't tolerate backsliding on the toxic attitude, but accept her apology, and hope for the best. I'm also glad Shondo has one less thing weighing on her now hopefully

Camila apologizing takes guts and real maturity and a lot of introspection, I say kudos to her and I wish them both well. I know Camila's friends will support her and same with Shondo's and the odds are they have a lot of friends in common.

Very happy Camila owned up to it and actually tried to apologize and be a better person instead of deflecting, side-stepping blame-shifting or any number of other argumentative excuses you typically see people make in order to avoid responsibility and accountability.
That shondo thing was an albatross around her channel ever since I first became aware of it, but it's nice to see that it's finally being addressed, and it will also be one less thing to weigh on Shondo herself while she's on her break for her own health.
Only way it could be better is if a collab in the future were possible between those two, and maybe throw Neuro or Evil-Neuro into the mix.

About that vox's "mom incident" if I remember right, there was a clip about male collab with vox, sonny and others. Vox called sonny's mom b* word after beating him in a game in a harassing voice, sonny was unconfortable that much everyone laughed except him. Later people (especially chinese ones) asked him to apologize. Ofc he refused and played "it's a joke bro" card and did it with a bit aggression. Then sonny was like "y-yeah it's a joke" people defended vox with it ofc.

With these shared personal stories by the VShojo talents, the agency sounds more like a support system. A talent agency and a hospital-like support system, imo.
Phase Connect and Idol are like that as well. The strange thing is, that's how it should be. We all know the internet, do we not understand that someone that earns their livelihood on the internet NEEDS access to mental health resources (at a minimum)?

I said it before and I’ll say it again. Thank you Camila for taking responsibility and showing these people that all people really want is to hold people accountable. (There will always be paradoxical weirdos that “can’t forgive” or have to go to bat for their oshi, but they will eventually be the ones called out)
With the stream (no pun intended) of Nijilivers graduating and taking different or old persona, this situation actually makes a difference in Vtubing industry. Speaking of a former agency Vtuber's past life or different persona is not a taboo anymore. I kinda like it that now people can say who Mint, Doki, Michi, Matara, Kuro was. The kayfabe is still there and people play along with it. It feels like the audience itself matured along with the industry

Ironmouse is bouncy because she was on a threadmil. She started that trend and Nerissa from HoloAdvent joined in.
Mint has an amazing voice, she claims to not know it but she did it once years ago and she refuses to do it now she needs to sing Ave Maria because it will bring you to tears. She teased it when she was during her "Pomu takes a shower" stream around 23 minutes in if you want to hear a bit of it.
Mint has a potential to be an idol, that company wasted it...

Whoever told Camila that DRAMA = popular shouldve worded that advice better. Yeah drama can get you traction but 89 percent of the time, it drains you mentally. So much that many stopped making content thanks to Drama

Drama over GunRun is like a father figure? What in the world wrong with that? At least he's telling them that he will always be there for them whenever they need him
By the way, looking at Nina’s graduation. A lot of people have recently rewritten the story to be all about cliques or whatever to fit their narrative. But in all reality a large part of it was toxic fans. It’s no doubt Ethyria weren’t the perfect genmates, they ignored her at first likely due to their social awkwardness as well as failed to protect her from the harassment campaign. However the evidence shows they valued Nina and vice versa. She was both in contact and supported by them post graduation.
So what were the reasons she left then? Well there’s a very good video that explains it caused the disappearance of Nina Kosaka but basically it’s down to 3 major points: #1: feelings a bit of place due to her differences especially with her imposter syndrome (she’s mentioned stuff highlighting how she didn’t feel like she really deserved her spot in Niji or her success despite doing really great), #2: basically she explained this after joining vshojo but she was a lil burned out from doing it too much now idk if there’s required streaming hours in Niji but with the cuts they give it doesn’t really matter, if you don’t wanna have a second job you need to stream a lot. And #3: this is the saddest one but a harassment campaign was created against her by fans of other vtubers taking things she said out of context to paint her as a bully. Many believing that she was bullying Pomu because people lack any sort of media literacy to know light hearted jabs from bullying. They also hated her cause well she interacted with many members of Luxiem and Noctyx who have about the most parasocial fans on the planet. People painted her as a bully and someone who didn’t belong in Niji attacking her and even fans of hers.
Just wanted to spread awareness of who actually bullied Nina into graduation

Camilla's apology is actually really good. It shows actual growth. However if she backslides then that means that the hammer should slam down harder on her & take her lumps about it. However those lumps shouldn't be too harsh and if it goes too hard she should still be able to push back.
Despite this is a graduation and not related what he has done. I believe in Karma so I would say he finally get the Karma. Because once he grad. Even if he shows up back as inde Vtubers. No one wants him. Karma starts to hit him really hard.
Ooh!!! Camila had beef with Shondo Fallenshadow. Shondo is very based. I recommend the channel Shondo Pilled for the best clips of her. She went on hiatus recently for a mental health break. I hope this helped cheer her up a bit and reminded her that people can change and grow. Yes she's super loli and her voice is very childish but girl can't do anything about her natural voice. Lots of women have a squeaky voice and are often self conscious about it. I'm glad Camilla realized her mistake and admitted she was wrong for attacking a fellow streamer when she knew nothing about them. It's very mature and often difficult to own up to your own mistakes.
Take notes Kenji. That is how you formally apologize. You admit your mistakes and you learn from them.

Yeah it's the same way when it comes to some stuff from the West it doesn't translate well to the East. Like in Japan for example there are curse words that they use over there that do NOT translate well at all to English and the same thing that applies to jokes as well. I am NOT surprised that Vox got those kinds of messages because he pissed off the Chinese fanbase with his mom jokes. Also it is a cultural difference as well. I think that when people say that VShojo is "not an agency", they're comparing the company with other VTuber Agencies, who typically don't let their talents keep their IPs, don't allow talents to make money as a VTuber outside of the company and don't let talents join other agencies (Ironmouse is also signed to UTA, and SilverVale, Nyanners and Veibae signed to Mythic Talent while still in VShojo)
VShojo is not perfect, but they're also not stupid. VShojo knows that keeping their talents happy makes it easier to keep making money from them, so they work hard to make their talents want stay with VShojo.
Sure, they might be doing that simply because of a contract, but too often businesses like to treat their people as simply as transaction, and VShojo shows us that you don't have to do that and can still make money
@@dreelkoodus Yes, a lot of this probably comes from the agency model they follow, holo and niji follow the standard of idol agencies while vshoujo follows the more western model helping you with the management of your public image instead of them owning your image

Maidmint karaoke was superb and she is capable of more. When she was doing the second live of MGS twin snakes she was singing in a cutscene and most of the chat thought that was part of the game only for her to clarify it was her. I am glad she is out of kurosanji.

the whole camila thing, its like vtubing community went through a really bad stint of petty squables behind the scenes but recently, the amount of people owning up to stuff (bar the kenji shit) or apologizing for past behavior, it's been pretty positive since, unfortunately, that incident, it was like a wake up call for vtubers themselves that this behind scenes shit will just end badly. i wonder if one or two have already happened or will and we just don't or won't know.
