Springers can be pretty rough on the scope. Only way to get by this is to buy a scope that can handle the recoil.

Hi John I still have not recieved an M4, so I will know for sure, when I have tested it, but since I have my dual bottle adapter with 2 300 bar bottles I will most likely get a 1st stage reg. I love the Huma reg in my Panthera, but for the M3 the AMP2 has been perfect 🤗

You know what Peter.i knew that a lot of people don't like fx.but I never knew how many until now. Lots and lots of people hate fx some people are even saying that they are shit. It just makes me a little bit sad I love mine 😔

The laws in Denmark requires a hunting licence for anything bigger than 177. Getting the licence is quite a taske and on top of that you a permit for guns of bigger calibers and that takes ages to get. So all in all a big hazzle.

Hi Bastiaan My experience is only with 177 so I will try not to sound like a professor here 😃 Which velocity are the best for the Hybrids that you are using? Generally bigger calibers are using higher reg preasures and with the 600 mm barrel it also requires more reg🙂 So 130 might not be far off.

@@VikingAirgunner Thank you so much for your answer! I've looked around on the different forums to find a velocity for the.22 fx hybrids, but there's quite a variety in results people get. From what I found best performance is in the range from 915-930 fps. With 930 fps I got a 8mm group at 25 meters. I saw your video about the Huma high-flow slug/pellet probe which I want to try as well to 'tune things down' a bit.

@@bastiaanschaap Knowing that the potential of the Hybrids are within that range helps alot. And even after finding the perfect velocity it can easily change anyway. So a good start👍 Next step is to tune the gun so that the absolute maximum speed will be 30-40 fps faster than that, so perhaps 970 fps. After that use the power wheel to hit around 945 fps and then use the front valve down to 930 fps. And if you want to go lower just decrease the 945 fps by the same velocity that you want to lower the target velocity 🙂

@VikingAirgunner Hi, Thanks for the reply i have asked the same question to someone else, and they replied that they have contacted fx directly, and they said no, the mk4 trigger assembly won't fit the mk 3 that doesn't surprise me Thanks

I think that it will be a good idea to test it i the standard setup. But if it comes with a standard superior liner and a pellet probe I might have to take a deep breath first 😂

Minor upgrades indeed. Getting rid of the 1st reg is the biggest selling point for me, but then again u can do that easily on the m3 also..If you got the $ to spend, sure go grab one..if your happy with ur m3 like me, save the $ for something else..Just my opinion, will pass for the time being.

I doubt that I would do it with a 3 month old M3 🤔 There is much to learn and enjoy with the M3. It is an amazing gun. Absolutely love mine 🤗

@@VikingAirgunner honestly with the off season Ive had it sight at 30/60 yards and it’s spot on with nickel to quarter size targets shooting pellets. I bought a slug liner and barrel sleeve but I am afraid to install it as it may change the accuracy. I am so looking forward to small game this season and it’s not coming soon enough. It didn’t take me much time to tune my M3 but I feel theres so much more I haven’t learned.

@@ronsteele1835 ask if they will do a sale price match. 😂 I highly doubt it but worth a try. Utah air and pyramid is on sale atm for the M3 version. I don’t think it will last long

I was about to go buy an m3 on the 20th of this month till i got a notification yesterday about the new m4

@ronsteele1835 that is OK you can upgrade it with m4 parts when and if that's the beauti of the impact buddy. The m3 is no less a gun now just enjoy. I'm have a m3 but I'm going to be getting my m4 parts as soon as I can

An upgraded M3 is still pretty close to the M4 and an absolutely amazing gun 🤗

I was in that exact same situation when I had just bought my Wildcat MK3 and the BT version came out a week later 🙄

I answered this in my latest video, so take a look at that. Remember that it has to do with the volume of air you have available. 1x480 cc or example 1x580 cc. I never clean my barrels - or I might do it if I cant find accuracy. But it has never made any difference.

Its been ages since I saw someone doing it, so I cant remember the video, but it is very simple. I use Autosol and just rub each spring with my fingers for like one minutand then clean and lube before installing🙂

I dont remember and it will not make any sense to unless you have the same hammer weight as I do - 7 g. Just go low and work yourself up 🙂

I tried rehab for accessory addition, but it only got worse 😂😂 But hey - why fight it??? 😜 Happy that you are getting good results with the superior liner, but if your addition takes over, you should try the heavy liner 😍 Did you see my video with the extra cf sleeve between the barrel housing and the barrel tensioner? Makes the barrel "solid" 😎

Temporarily, I used my 500mm carbon sleeve and 3 rings at the port end, still excellent groupings.

@@davidjohnson5369 That must be the case 😃 They usually perform well between 960 and 980 fps. But I also had them doing well at 1020 fps. Did prefer 970 though.

As Im saying in the video, the AMP works perfect in the M3. Fast and accurate filling with no creep. Some use Huma regulators in their Impacts, but I see absolutely no reason to change.

My guess is that there is some Loctite left in the hole where the probe is attached - or the rotation is off. So either a cleaning of the hole ora 90 degree turn will solve the problem :-)
