Hi Mr. Viking, i wanted to know where you are from? Do you have any power restrictions were you live? whats the shotcount in.177 with those two bottles?
Im from Denmark and here we are only restricted by caliber. So if we want a bigger caliber we need a licence 🙂
I never count the shots pr fill, but the aditional bottle makes a huge difference. I strongly recommend it 👍👍

You say that the 2 botle my a huge diferent? Is it in performance or in accuracy?
And i have a 700mm, cal.177 Havy liner and wounder if its ok with pellets or will the accuracy be sorry for the liner😢. Hope not. Have no chanse to test becuse for the ugly weather.

The extra bottle only helps with the shot count.
So no effect on the accuracy or performance.
The heavy liner will absolutely shoot slugs the best. I tried pellets but with no succes. Did try to install the STX Superior liner (600mm) and it did very well with the 13,43 gr JSB Monster (not with the Redesigned) But when you have the 700 mm the STX Superior liner is not an option since it performs bad - big spread and general inconsistancy.
So what I recommend with you having the 700 mm heavy liner, is to go for slugs since that is what the heavy liner is made for 🤓

Well a few reasons that I didnt use it.
First up is that it is not that backyard friendly and bcs I did some of the shooting at 34 m it was not a good idea, since I wanted the setup to be the same throughout the test.
Secondly it takes a good and dedicated day of testing to reach the full potential with the muzzle brake and I just havent found the time to do just that with the Panthera yet. Did it with the M3 while I was testing it in the forrest a few days ago and it turned out great 😎

one question since you've used FX gun alot, I have a friend who full time work as gun tuner, he mention that good accuracy on FX gun wouldn't last long since he got so many client who request to change their barrel to Lothar walther because of this reason, including me with my .177 dreamline, I wonder how is your experience on this..billion thanks before..

There are some many guns using the Lothar Walter barrels and I have been tempted to try one myself. Actually I ordered one from a place in Denmark, but they never got back to me. So that kinda ended my interest in getting one.
I have no doubt that the Lothar Walther barrels are good and it would be very interesting to test one.
One thing that keeps me away from buying one is the cleaning of the barrels. Im no expert but I have heard prof shooters mentioning that they have to be cleaned, and with the liners from FX that I NEVER clean, it seems like giving myself some extra work by installing the Lothar Walther eventhough I am sure that they perform extremely well 🙂
Hi Peter..you're about cleaning the barrel on LW as my experience it needs to be maintained frequently to get good consistencies, here in Indonesia regulation is the same like your country where we only limited in caliber size but not the power..lucky us right 😊
just got my M3 sniper with superior liner 3 days ago, and currently still try to tune it as per your advice using 13grn ZAN..

Have you tried the 10 gr KO MK3 slugs ? i cant seem to find them anywhere, but i might be interested in dialing my Vulcan 3 for those or similar in other brand and slightly shorter distances.
BTW i will get my 9 L carbon fiber bottle tomorrow, but in no rush to get it filled as i have my 12 L tank also filled to the brim and really i am not going shooting anytime soon.
BBTTWW we / i will build a new shed at my friends place, will open up for shooting 130 M, and not inconsequential there will be a small disel heater in that shed for winter shooting.

I am not familar with 10 gr KnockOuts mk3. I know there are mk2🤔
I have some 10 gr Zan and tried them briefly, but I must admit that the 16 gr are my favourite.

Jeg har selv kigget på det scope også, og kan da også være jeg køber det til en ny riffel, gør ikke så meget hvis glasset ikke er verdens bedste, jeg skyder som regel med OK lysforhold.
PS: ville satme også gerne købe det nye Arken night/ day scope, men så mange rotter og mus er der heller ikke hos min makker.

Jeg kan godt se, at den er udsolgt. Måske de kan hjælpe, hvis man skriver direkte til producenten? De har været hurtige til at svare, når jeg har skrevet med dem.
I øvrigt kan jeg se, at de har mange forskellige modeller. Bla en med 40x, hvilket jeg er ret fascineret af 😃

You know what’s crazy is my reg is only at 100 and I’m shooting 33 grain zans at 914 fps in a 25 cal fx panthera 600mm with the power wheel at 13 and micro set to 3 and I’m putting one hole groups at 50y… so for some reason it likes lower reg pressures atleast mine does I’m sure there’s other tunes at higher reg pressures and faster speeds I could set up and get a better tune but I’m pretty happy with what I’ve got for now.. Yeah it’s a different kinda rifle especially coming from the impact but I’m really liking it so far.

Sorry but no. You have to make like 3*20 target groups. Fine tune with micro click by click and than show results. It will be all very differend because of harmonis. But its verz expensive and time consuming.
There are many ways of tuning and I am happy that you found out what works best for you 🙂
But remember that there are many different approaches 😉
