First off let me say thank you for testing these two death traps, as I was contemplating purchasing one and couldn't decide so I naturally went where everyone goes YT...... On fleaBay the EFI is 2k, your speedo don't work, is that common with those POS? After watching an unboxing I noticed a lot of crappy items that appeared to me that they would not last the first off road trip. Such as but not limited to the speedo (lol) predicted that one. The foot brake, janky as hell and the first high center would take out the return spring making getting home extremely dangerous ( like they want to kill or mame us,) the stupid turn signals and the POS electrical hook up area that is not water proof nor does it urge you to use dielectric grease or lube any of the moving parts, straight dumb! The crappy Bluetooth speaker that came with this model looked as tho one should just throw it in the trash along with your money, the s***ty grips go straight into the trash, all of the plastic that touches the muffler, straight to the garbage. The light forget about driving at night, another straight attempt up on our lives. This bike is a death trap!

You forgot: 1- taller sprockets. 2- Nibbi doesnt do much more than pz or vm30 3- Oil cooler is not necessary on a 249cc. Oil can handle the heat. 4- the 300cc bbk is actually making it into a 249cc, not a 300cc. 5- you forgot the biggest gains outside sprockets, is porting the intake and exhaust.

I just bought a 2023 rps hawk 250 and I'm wanting to get a little bit more power out of it and im definitely thinking about getting the 300cc big bore kit but i was wondering does it make it a true 300cc or is it just a little bit bigger than the stock 230cc ?

Hi. I purchased a 2025 Yamaha XT250. I was sold by the low seat height, flat footed at rest. I see the bike as 80% commuter, 20% casual off road. I've already put a larger front sprocket on it. I watched your sprocket video and this big bore video, as I'm contemplating both mods. And our bikes are very similar. As for riding... pros & cons of your sprocket changes? pros & cons of your big bore kit? Thanks!

Im having a issue where i have lost all electrical power to my head and tail lights, turn signals, start button or horn, also my dash has turn off and wont come on when i turn the key. I can still kick start it and ride though. 😞
