HAWK 250 ENGINE REMOVAL

this is how you remove your hawk 250 engine from your frame. this was done for a 300cc big bore kit engine rebuild. tutorial will be posted soon.

Would the 300cc big bore kit work with the csc tt250 of Would I need a different yet similar big bore kit

the CSC tt250 looks to have a CG250 OHV engine so yes the CG300 bigbore should fit in theory. However you need to know is the cylinder skirt will probably require machining down to fit into the CG250 case...also you will need to confirm the size of the piston wrist pin diameter.
