    Bird, I have been doing your classes morning and night for the past few weeks now and the progress I have seen is amazing. I have extremely tight hips and struggle to sit cross legged but the improvement has been crazy. I also had lower back pain from an old injury which is now pretty much completely gone!     Two days of doing yoga twice a day with your videos.
    Day 1 session 1: CHILD POSE hurt. It used to be my favourite but damn I'm so fat and stiff now, I couldn't even breathe.
    Day 2 session 4: hips finally opened so I had space to breathe during child pose and felt good again. 👍 Awesome work.

    Your videos are a lifesaver. I hurt my bach a couple of weeks ago and my hips have also been in so much pain. This week I have tried a couple of your videos in the morning and at night. I've slowly gotten better and this is the first night in a long time I'm going to bed without any pain. I also love how short they are. It's easy to convince myself to do 10 or 15 minutes of yoga in the mornings. Thank you so much!

    This is JUST what I needed, I've been really sick and bedbound for this past week with a chest infection, unable to bear keeping up with my daily yoga.
