    Good morning Bird! I just did an upper body focused workout and then searched for a shoulder yoga stretch on your channel! And found this! Oh my goodness! Love love love this so much! My neck and shoulders feel absolutely so so good now! I still had some neck soreness from sleeping the wrong way yesterday and its now gone after doing this class! I will do this one again!     Hi bird I have this problem that there are some exercises that make me feel dizzy can you tell me how can reduce this dizziness like when I do this neck exercise where you have to rotate your neck and few more.

      I recommend you consult a doctor. Dizziness can be normal if the body moves quickly however it can also be due to other things like vertigo etc so it’s important if you do get dizzy to ask your doctor what exactly may be causing this. ❤️

    This really helped for my stiff shoulders and neck. I can't really grab my elbows behind my back, you have any other recommended vids to help with that kind of flexibility?
