    I’ve been doing this flow for a few weeks on my rest days and it’s so perfect. I just roll out of bed and do it in my pajamas. The perfect way to start the day

    I’m trying to train my inner voice to sound like you. “Be Gentle” has become one of my main mantras, and I have to say it almost a hundred times daily. While I feel like I could still improve, I think it’s a lot easier to be gentle with others more than yourself. I’m struggling a lot right now, and I don’t make it to the mat most days. But when I do, it feels good, and I give myself gratitude. I deserve that. Thanks, Bird. You taught me that

    I loved the jazz music during the practice. My body has been sore for over a week and this relieved me so surprisingly I bawled on the final shavasana. It was a long final pose and I think I needed that to sit in my feelings after so long. Thank you. Subscribed.

    Namaste Bird. I very much appreciate your breath cues. It seems so simple but yet sometimes I feel I’m almost holding my breath during some of the poses. And in those moments where you remind us to breathe I’m reminded of how important breath is. It truly is life🙏🏻🧿🧘🏼‍♀️

    I love your yoga classes. I do them everyday. Yes there are days I skip but I do try to to do them everyday. It's so relaxing for me and helps me to be calm. I do them every morning. Thank u for what u do. Keep up the great work. I enjoy it very much.

    I am new to yoga and my boyfriend recommended your videos, so I have done a new one each day for a week now. Being an RN, I have a lot of upper and lower back discomfort, however I notice more relaxation in my body and less strain since I started your yoga videos.     I think this is the first session i've done in my nearly 3 years of doing yoga spontaneously where I nearly feel asleep during shavasana! That 5 minutes felt like pure 5 seconds of bliss lol. I thought the video had ended and immediately jerked awake when you started talking lol. What a great practice! I think people often brush off how important it is so incorporate deep breathing and passive poses. Ty so much. Namaste

    It's hard, but I've realized that my body has been holding onto trauma, and stretching like this helps me to find and release it. Had to tap out of savasana early because I needed to cry and feel my emotional pain. Thanks for creating a space where I can do this

    I don’t know how you did it but during the part where you had us relax all our muscles bit by bit and breath I completely zoned out into a clear mind and only remembered myself when I suddenly heard you speak. It truly felt like only a few seconds!

    I am so grateful for your videos. I have trouble with my SI joint (took me 3 years for the diagnosis) and I've started to integrate yoga into my daily routine. I really appreciate your calm music and sound choices, soothing voice, and the way you walk through breathing and softening the body. I am pain free by the end of a session. It truly is magic.     Wow i have never experienced so much peace with a yoga video , usually when im about to relax another move comes and that makes me so anxious at the end because i dont have a chance to actually relax ... But this video got me so relax and not anxious, you can tell she is actually relaxing besides de video .

    Ty this was very helpful after working out. I made the mistake of not stretching last time and have been feeling sore since. This really helped!
