Adding bedtime yoga to your daily routine can help you be more at ease mentally and physically after a long day helping to improve sleep, decrease insomnia, anxiety and stress. Practicing yoga before bed is also a great way to get the blood flowing to improve RLS.

check her videos for “stress and tension relief” or “anxiety relief” where the thumbnail has a picture of her on a yoga block. those work sooooo good for me. i believe there is one for posture specifically as well.

Over 25 years of yoga and I have never done a tucked leg twisted side stretch. And that felt amazing! Thank you so much for something new that is getting deep psoas and a very tough to stretch tendon in the inner groin.😊😊

Great stretches, I could really feel them
I try to do some yoga, deep breathing, and mindfulness before bed. Sometimes I'll have better, more insightful dreams. The book 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels is also a nice guide I use before sleeping.
