    I did this today and loved it! I love the presentation: preview during the rest, only music and no chatting. It was challenging, but not too challenging - I don't have to worry that I won't be able to walk tomorrow. I look forward to exploring more of your content! Many thanks!!

    Burned 421 🔥 still with it! Seeing results and definitely getting fit! Every since starting this 6 week program my knees have improved tremendously...where I am able to do more! Love you Olivia!!! You are the best!!!

    On my opinion, this kind of workout is the best as it makes work the full body so the calories burnt are correctly distributed😌😌😌.

    Playlist was so much better than yesterday. A bit easy so I have added jumps and change some erxercice but good to do first thing in the morning.

    Sweat dripping down my back... I like a bit more intensity so usually I add extra jumps to your low impact exercises, and even when I do workouts that are not to the beat I modify the exercises to make them so haha :D makes it more fun for me and makes me push myself and enjoy it!

    Really enjoyed the build up to the jumping moves. The side step jumping jacks were fun and appreciated the exercises at the end to help cool down the body like the alternating heel tap. 265 active calories burned, and roughly 4,971 steps. 💙💙💙

      HIIT workout is a high intensity workout, where you are pushing yourself to the limits and you might need to feel like you need to take a few breaks or stop to catch a breath.
      Cardio on the order hand should keep your heart rate elevated but without over exerting yourself .
