Indeed, it was very doable and effective. I did this yesterday and looked up some stretching practices because it wasn't included here and now I feel my calfs are stiff and I feel that it really worked! I'm will continue these.

This workout is amazing. I did this today to take a break from strength HIIT training but I still burn total of 300 calories and get approximately 5000 steps. I am not that coordinated but your aerobic and walking workouts allow me to train my brain over time and I find myself a bit more coordinated than before! Thank you Olivia!

Oh yeah baby, let's burn those calories!!! Darn girl, this was a tough one. Felt like giving up at about 80% or something, but didn't, I pushed through and finished, didn't rest at the rests either. OK, must admit the last few minutes my movements were a little less enthusiastic. 😜 Do I get bonus points for doing this in a room where it's 25C? 😂 Sweating all (good thing my boyfriend gave me a good quality sports outfit as an early birthday present) over but feeling good. Love the color of that outfit on you by the way! Thanks for all your videos!

Having watermelon and pineappple is a goid idea but combining a smoothie and a huge fruit salad is NOT. Pick either! It depends on how you make your dmoothie add PROTEIN healthy fats ( aka yoghurt skyr milkavocadio)
After 20 minutes I almost gave up but I pushed myself to do the whole workout. I started on November 10 and I lost 2,5 kg and I wanna thank you because your videos are the only ones who make me sweat A LOT but surprisingly easy to follow. Love from Italy 🫶🏻
