I started this yesterday, while on my period, and I was super energized after this (I also was listening to music while doing this) and after this I was sweating but I also did a dance workout after
I did two of your workouts today and this was one. It’s Sunday so I give myself a shorter workout, 1 hour. So I tried a little something different, in this workout for the 10 sec rest between each exercise I typically walk, but this time I decided to do your fast feet move to keep my heart rate up. It worked well, I was able to stay in the 123-133bpm range for longer time (25 min). Yesterday I worked out for 2 hours and stayed in that range for 33 minutes, so I’m looking forward to trying this in tomorrow’s 2 hour workout to see what I get 🙂. Yeah for me 🥰! I never burn the calories shown on each video, and I don’t expect to. You’re much younger than I, I used to burn that much but in my wiser years now 😊 I burn less which is why I have to do more. I’m good with that, keeps me strong. Thank you again my dear. Have a beautiful day ❤

I didn't get to do my normal morning run this morning so wanted to find a cardio work out and this came up in search results. Since I don't have any knee or impact issues I have never bothered to do a workout focused on "no jumping" but figured I would give it a try. I don't feel like I missed out on anything by not jumping. I found this to be a very enjoyable and fun workout. Thank you.
Im almost in my third trimester and your workouts have been amazing even while pregnant!!! I rarely have to modify moves, but find it easy to when needed. Its keeping me in the shape that I need to be in for birth! So grateful For these videos💕

I set my Apple Watch to mixed cardio. 326 active calories burned 422 total 43:26. Im 47 and am currently down 31.4 pounds doing these kinds of workouts. I have to modify some stuff because of a bad left knee. The music is great and the exercises are 👍🏼

Wow. This workout was WORK and I LOVED it. This is why I work out: to work hard on fitness. To feel like I'm challenging my muscles, my endurance and intensity, give my heart some good, sustained pumping and ALSO use my brain to concentrate / coordinate my limb movements and steps in time and in step with Eleni. And even that part must be why the time feels like it flies by and a rapid pace! What a great workout. **spoiler alert: no water break in this one so perhaps be ready to pause at the 60-75% mark for some water -- I'll never take water breaks for granted :)

Can't even describe how good I felt while doing this workout, the first time I checked the percentage i was at 50%, the second time i checked i was at 91%. The 40 minutes passed by so quickly, I would 100% recommend. To those who feel like giving up while in the middle of this workout, please keep going, try to ignore the timer and let your mind wander while exercising, it helps the time go by quicker.
