  • Join me for a 15 minute FIERY CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! This is a HIGH INTENSITY routine with lots of jumping, but with low impact modifications provided. We'll be moving the the beat of the music which will make it fly by! There are zero floor exercises which means this workout is wrist friendly. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.     I love this so much! When I just don't feel like doing anything but sleep in, this is the workout I go to. It's quick and gets my heart pumping. I'm in my mid 40s, so this all standing workout is 👌Thank you for this!

    I think I’ll be able to do this one tomorrow. Recovery from heart surgery or any anaesthesia is never as fast as we want it to be but each day will improve. ❤ Thanks Mikala, and I’m glad this is only 15 minutes 😊. I’ll be doing low impact tomorrow.

    Definitely one of your hardest cardio workouts for me since I have asthma, definitely had to take breaks to catch my breath. I do have to say that your cardio workouts do help me learn how to focus on slowing down my breath, but still be able to keep the same pace. I love your workout videos, thank you.

    This is fantastic, thank you! Like the low impact options. 20 minutes is great, I can tag it onto a strength workout and get an hour workout done. A 30 minute one with these types of moves would be great for one complete cardio workout! 👍👍

    Wow, what an intense and sweaty cardio workout. I really like that you added a bit slower exercise after a really hard one to get breath again but still going and getting power for the next jump.

    I don't do HIT workouts because I don't like jumping, but this was AWESOME!! The modifications really helped and

    Hi Mikala! I’m 57 and out of shape. I tried this 15 minute cardio and loved it. I could not do all the max but with the modified low impact I was able to keep moving.

    I enjoyed it and I didn't think I'd be commenting that! I'm 54, overweight and haven't done this type of workout for several years, but it was great. I followed the low impact style and I am sweating! Will be coming back to this for many weeks, thank you.

    WOW!! Today I did this one for the first time...low impact...(I am 62) and combined it with your yoga and weights...love it. Do you by chance know how many steps are in this workout? Trying to be intentional to get my steps in per day.

    I was a little hesitant to do this 15-minute workout after the 20-minute full-body. But I'm so glad I challenged myself. Although I did the low-impact versions of every exercise, I completed it and it feels so good! Thank you @fitmymik !

    No need to do any other workouts; for me it was enough! I'm a disabled person and had to modify the exercise however it does not mean easy! Thanks for the workout. 💯🙂👍

      I don't know what's up with my luck this year but I broke my ankle about 2 hours after writing this comment, so I guess I'm out of this winter challenage. Hopefully there will be a spring or summer one in the future, or I might do the winter one in the summer.

    Glad I was introduced to you by a fellow work-from-home coworker. I have been enjoying these videos on my lunch break and the best thing for me is that these are so easy to do right at home. Definitely tell that these work outs work all areas of my body. They are manageable and fun. Makes my lunch break go by too fast though! 😅

    This was killer! Definitely wouldn't be able to do this workout again. My Fitbit registered the workout as an aerobic workout and I burned about 112 calories 129 avg bpm but I did look down and see that my heart rate got over 150 at one point during the workout. Sure sweated alot!
