My hardest post I ever tried was headstand. And I tried. And tried. And tried and tried. And then I got it! 😂I didn’t give up. It really took me a long time but I stuck to it and I got it.
The most challenging pose I've ever tried was the crow pose! I feel like I'm getting there gradually, but I've still not quite mastered it yet and that's ok 😄
Back in my consistent hot yoga days, before we moved rural, I just about had my crow, hardest pose I’d ever attempted. Which is amazing for me cause I don’t do well upside down. My vertigo is a big factor for me. My goal is to slowly work my way back to that.
Dancer's pose, bird of paradise. Balance is my weakness in general, I have flat feet, right leg is shorter than the left😂. I'm a certified 200 hr instructor, and wish my balance was better!
The most challenging pose for me is the cobra... I have very long arms and am hyper aware of my back But I still give it a try little by little Thank you for your videos 🩷
My most changeling pose is the headstand and the poses that require a lot of balance I know I will eventually get there with more practice I Love your videos its so soothing and warm the music is so calming Thanks Peace and many Blissings to you Namaste
I haven't tried in a while since my hip started acting up, and I had PT, but I couldn't get to the handstand last time I made efforts. I have to work toward it again! I've always wanted to do it just for the fun of it.
Viewing from Singapore, Monday - 16December @7:50a The most challenging pose that I've tried so far is the "Bow Pose" because of my knees and tightness of quads. Thank you for this energy upload
Maybe not the "hardest" I've tried, but I can't do pigeon anymore. I used to be able to do full pigeon with my forehead touching the floor on both sides, but I'm a little too hypermobile in my hips and I've had some issues because of it. Had Periformis Syndrome last year - forget about it, no more pigeon for me. It's a little sad because I remember enjoying that full stretch years ago, but my body requires different things now, and so I remind myself that's what's more important.
I did this yesterday but forgot to comment. I’m new to this so the one that has been most difficult for me is when you are flat footed in the very low squat position. I think it’s a lower hip opener. I like the pose but can’t get my feet flat.
I felt much better after hugging 🫂 myself. 🤍🩵💚. Answering your question, I find a lot of poses challenging, but I slowly learning to moderate the hard ones. 🥰🥰🥰

The headstand. I'm almost there.
I really love these short yoga sessions, Bird! ❤
Bird of paradise for sure!
“Bow Pose” is the most challenging pose I have tried. Namaste ❤
Crow pose! Hoping to get it one day
Balance poses are tricky, but they’re so satisfying

I love this gentle, effective, mindful, meditative session. Happy Sunday 12-15 🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠
Thank you, I woke up stiff this morning. Now I feel less tense and relaxed
A little bit makes a world of difference. I thank you. The toughest part for me is stepping to the top of the mat😂. Years a novice here.
Crow! 🐦⬛ I can get it some days and others it’s a serious struggle. But it’s always fun to try 😊

Thank you for this wakening up this morning. I struggle with hips poses. Mine are so tight. But I always feel better after them❤

Awesomeness
Lovely quick stretch after after my workout ❤ thanks
a couple of years ago i was okay with the bridge, but now bridge is the most challenging one plus downward facing dog
Lovely 🥰 hmm challenging pose would be anything with a back bend. I have a very stiff upper back and hips.
The most challenging pose for me is half moon pose. Namaste. 🌚🌗🌛
Thank you so much ❤
Saw this notification and jumped on to do it! It’s been a long day! I need a good stretch 😊
Sending love from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 ❤

My most challenging pose is the frog pose. It hard the lift my legs over my elbows with my hands supporting my body weight❤️👍🙂💪😌
I can’t do crow. I keep trying though!
Me too!💜
My hardest pose is probably the shoulder stand. My balance is terrible😅
Warrior 3 and handstand/headstand I can't do😂
❤❤❤❤❤
Please make a video for prenant women !!
Hardest pose is handstand. Still can't do it.
I struggle with the downward dog because my hamstring are tight
Same! And I keep my legs bent for every fold 😅
Mine hardest as of now is the shoelace pose,my legs just won't allow it
I have a hard time doing anything with stretching my hammies.
Amazing video I love you baby 😍🖤
I love you 🥰🥰
❤
Crow!
Camel pose has always been difficult for me. I don't have very good flexibility in my back!
🫶🏽👏🏼👍
