i loved the "even if ur mind wanders" part. The fact I can't shut down my mind in shavasana always discouraged me from staying. Thanks for saying it's all right! Also i have really sensitive knees, so I got a knee pad for low lunges. I've been so mystified by how much they help my boss got some for us to use when stocking the bottom shelves at work! :)

One of my favourite parts of your videos is always your reminders, whether it’s to remind me that I took the time and should be proud or that it’s okay to let my mind wander. Your voice reminds me of a former therapist who had the same calmness when we did mindfulness and it is such a big help to not feel stressed, as I’ve noticed I do with other creators. I hope that you are safe, with all the chaos going on currently ❤.
My one prop would be a blanket. If I could have ONE more, I would definitely use a block. Block helps me lift my hips to have a straight spine in easy seated position. My favorite yoga mat (and I’ve had dozens throughout my yoga journey) is my Manduka pro. Nothing will ever compare to my Manduka. And I know I’ll be practicing on it for life, which makes it that much more special. Thank you for this lovely practice. I always like and save your videos to my personal yoga playlists. Good morning and thank you! I’m dealing with the winter blues and feeling incredibly anxious lately. Carving time to do this video gives me light and allows me to focus on myself for a few moments. I’ve been overwhelmed with work and home and your video grounds me even if it’s a short time away from everything. Thank you again ❤

My fave yoga prop is my mat. I had it since the pandemic and it’s my go-to whenever I feel stiff and just want to stretch. It kinda gives me comfort too knowing that it is just within my reach.Also, thanks for your yoga classes,I’ve been a silent fan since I started watching and doing your yoga practices. It really helps me to start my day on a daily basis. 🙏🏻
I love my yoga block! It makes malasana so much easier on my pelvic floor, it also helps relieve back pressure during pigeons pose. Runner up is my bolster. It adds another level to child's pose and helps my back during shavasana.
I love my yoga mat , it definitely has changed my yoga career for me ❤. Ever since I’ve gotten it I use it for yoga and working out and it’s like my personal space bubble when I take it out😂
The mat.... I'm new to this ( a few months) and when I get my mat out it feels like it transforms my space into my relaxing zone for a person like me who doesn't get a moment to myself or to relax 🩷 I'm saving up for the Liforme mat you have to continue to honor this space in my day created for me to "just be" 🩷

I always find it handy to have 2 yoga mats (to help ease my chronic pains on the wooden floor) and the use of a foam block helps on the days where I can’t bend as much Great video once again, thank you! ❤

soooooo many people! and honestly thats ok. lots of people have adhd (me) and others just dont know the importance of stillness. a great reminder to just try. some actually hate it haha and again it's ok. personally i think it's such an important part. if anything one of the most important poses!
