    I have had problems with neck pain and tension headaches since I was a teenager. Your classes for neck and upper back pain really help a lot!
    I just can't understand why, after so many classes, I still hear so many clicks and ticks 😅

    Hi Bird I've been using your yoga almost daily for a year now. And I want to thank you so much for this routine and for all that you do. I know you have a story of addition and your own battles and the truth is I'd love to read about if you have shared it anywhere as I find you to be so inspiring and so beneficial for me in this long tof my life having had my own struggles with addiction, ADHD and difficulty finding my place sometimes. Is there somewhere you have shared or would you consider it perhaps? Thank you bird, today I woke up feeling very bad , very stressed and in a lot of shoulder pain and this routine has completely changed my energy to start the day ahead. Thank you for reading this. 💕

    Love this routine. Thank you! I would love to see more videos for shoulder openers. It is my biggest problem area, and it's so hard to find videos for shoulder openers.
